I may not be a pizza aficionado, but I really love this pizza. We kept it simple with pepperoni and sausage, but the next time I’m going to load it up and make it a supreme. Because this pizza was just out of this world. Was visiting my son and daughter-in-law, in ordered this pizza. Wish you had a location in Indiana.

Ordered delivery not realizing they used DoorDash and the driver TOOK A BREADSTICK???? I called the store and spoke with Steve, who sounded disappointed but wholly unsurprised, and got them refunded. Pizza was fine and didn’t appear to be tampered with. If you’re gonna order from them just go in store and don’t risk a missing breadstick.

I recently picked up a pizza from Jet's Pizza on Old Hickory Boulevard in Brentwood, and I was incredibly disappointed with the experience. The pizza tasted as if it had been reheated rather than made fresh. The crust was overly browned and dry, almost like it had been cooked twice, giving it a stale and unappealing texture. It lacked that fresh, flavorful quality you expect when ordering from a pizza place. The overall quality was extremely poor, and it felt like I was eating a pizza that had been sitting out for too long. Given my experience, I would appreciate it if Jet's Pizza could offer some form of compensation, whether it be a discount or a coupon for a future order.

The person talking orders don't listen to instructions! Our food was delivered to the wrong door which is separate from the house and is Airbnb! My delivery driver left the food on neighbors front porch on the ground!!! Plus the driver didn't get their tip! Our food sat outside and got COLD! $48.00 OF COLD DINNER! Not to mention I said my card number 3 time's before he handed the phone off to be repeated! Horrible experience!

Despite some bad reviews.....we thought the food was awesome!! Trouble doing online ordering it just called and it was easily done. Guy on tue phone who took our was was very friendly as well as the delivery driver. Pizza did not disappoint the hype. Hot and fresh! With people being short staffed now a days this place was excellent! Will definitely eat here again when in the area!
