The restaurant is fine. Grubhub is criminal. Charged nearly 50% to middle on a pickup order. Put your link on Google map then surcharge over what the company would charge through their website. Disgusting.

We ordered dinner for the family at 5:15pm. They charged my card and told me 45 minutes. I call @ 6:55 asking when the food was going to be delivered. I was told, “yeah we aren’t delivering it cause it just started snowing.”Kid on phone even said “oh well, nothing we can do!” You could have called and said something, but no instead you leave us sitting here waiting. When I called it wasn’t snowing. There isn’t even a half inch on the ground.

I had the best customer service experience here. Everyone was so kind and personable. On top of that, they went above and beyond to make sure the pizza was perfect and just as I ordered it (I had a complicated order). I will definitely be coming back!

The Pizza was so good I actually got a job working for them. Everything on the menu tastes great & believe me I've tried it all. Even the Cookies are amazing!! Well worth the price!!

Great pizza slanged by friendly folk. Quality is there and prices are lower than other local options, probably because their overhead is kept low by the small square footage. That's right, it's a small place, so when it gets busy it's a bit crowded and claustrophobic in there. Pro tip; opt for the bottle of ranch dressing

Sooooo... the take away prompt will tell you 40-45 minutes no matter what. Get there after 20 minutes if you want to be sure to get it hot. I live 20 minutes away from the closest one so that extra 20 minutes matters. But for real Jet's is the pizza chain I most enjoy doing bad things to my body with

Tried the new BBQ chicken pizza tonight. Instead of pizza sauce, there was a sweet BBQ sauce. Was dissappointed and will not be ordering this pizza again.
