There was a time that Jim N Nicks was off their game. That’s no more. We ate there for our anniversary and everything was off the charts. A perfect meal, great service, a hidden gem.

Amazing experience!!! The host jack made our experience 10/10 right as we walked through the doors! Faith was my server and she was so sweet and checked up at the perfect times to see if I needed anything. And the togo person cameron ... don't even get me started he is an outstanding young man with an incredible work ethic I would definitely come back.

Stopped here during a road trip thinking it was a local spot. The food is so good I was shocked to find out it’s a chain. The first time, we went two days in a row because we didn’t feel like exploring. Now we stop here every time we slide through this area. Those lil muffins, tender meat, perfect mac and cheese. Every bite hits. Have sat at bar and dining section. Friendly employees, nice atmosphere. Good portion sizes, always a to-go box.

Dec 20,2025 2:30 🎂 celebration for 85 yr old relative approximately 15 people we all had wing platters and nachos platters approximately 1/2 of us had food poisoning diarrhea throwing up dizziness confusion one relative we had to call paramedics this all happen on morning of 12/22 so strange everyone became ill that morning about the same time we all had the same symptoms we knew immediately it was the food at Jim and nicks

The server was the sweetest ever… I have the pulled chicken sandwich, and it was the best I’ve ever had. To top it off, the little biscuits they bring out are ADDICTIVE! Can’t just have one… also, the chicken falls off the bone with so much flavor!

Worst food over this side of town. 50 min for my online order after I was told for 30 min they were packing it up. It’s been an hour no food. You eat here you will regret it
