OMG ! WHEN I SAY 🔥 BBY I MEAN IT!!! So I got brisket with the sausage link macaroni and cheese and baked beans....🤤😋.. So mad I Doordashed this place deserve to be visited!! So I will be visiting with Jim's and Nick's BBQ ❤️‍🔥soon... Oh I forgot banana pudding as dessert 😘

Gave me what looks like a half eaten biscuit in my half dozen drive thru order this afternoon. It would be nice to at least get six WHOLE biscuits.

Had great service and love the option of a covered outdoor patio. Kids chicken tenders were pretty tough and the kids pork sandwich was covered in sauce (I just didn't expect that!) but our nachos and loaded baked potato (HUGE) were really great.

Waited in drive thru approximately 25-30 minutes behind one vehicle. We get to the window and paid for the food. After receiving the food we checked it for warmth, the potato was luke warm and the brisket was cool. Immediately requested a refund.

Definitely has gone downhill. Mediocre manager vibes and the food tasted old and dry. Talked to one of the managers and she definitely gave me “I don’t care” vibes. Would never return!

The food is usually good. My ribs were overcooked and had a terrible pull to them. They almost felt reheated. I picked my order so this wasn't discovered until I got all the way home. I'm done for a while. This is the second time that my ribs have not been good. Guess I need to learn how to grill. I mean if its going to be bad I can do that myself. Good luck!

We had ordered dinner through uber eats. The driver had only picked up one of our bags. I was trying to get in touch with uber with no luck when I received a phone call from Rachel the manager at Jim n Nicks. To make a long story short she went above and beyond to make sure she got in touch with us and to fix a problem that was in no way theirs to see to it we received our dinner. Rachel is the definition of true customer service! I’d give her 10 stars!

This is my 1st time ordering from here, I'm in town because of work

Chicken plate with collards and mac & cheese
Collards ok, mac a little starchy, Chicken and little dry and even with that it still taste good

Man please! The new mac & cheese bombs are the BOMB! They are crispy, creamy and delicious. The tangy bbq sauce pairs nicely, too. Bravo Zulu
