I wanted to like this location, as it is very convenient for me to get to but after one visit I fear I can't go back. The employees were very rude and dismissive which was a bit of a bummer, but the worst thing was watching the employee slicing turkey breast practice unsafe food preparation and handling. I watched this man use a knife to open the shrinkwrap on a turkey breast, use said knife to push down the garbage in a trash can a few times, and then turn and use it to open another turkey breast. I was shocked and it made me very concerned about the food safety standards at this location.

I walked into the store to order a chicken bacon ranch, toasted and asked to add pickles and kick in ranch sauce and guacamole. He rolled his eyes and had a generally bad attitude. I didn’t feel comfortable having him make my sandwich based off his demeanor , so I watched him make it from the other side of the counter. He let two customers from behind me get their sandwich made before mine…..I didn’t say anything, just waited my turn to finally come up. He tossed the sandwich on the counter. I asked if he could cut it. He huffed loudly and made a very unnecessary scene about cutting this sandwich in half. Then he tossed the sandwich om the counter again. I asked for a bag to take my sandwich to go, and he said bags are right there and threw his hands up at me. ….so I reached across the bar to grab a bag, which I don’t feel is standard. Usually it’s frowned upon to reach behind a counter for sanitary purposes, but apparently they aren’t as concerned about those factors at this location. It really is unfortunate because I know there’s good people who work there and maybe this guy was having a bad day, but come on. We’re adults. First time to a Jimmy Johns. We had a roast beef sub that was very good. Dont remember the name of it but I am sure it was loaded with horseradish sauce. Very very good. Also, we had what think was called a hot Italian sub. Also good. The price reasonable, the place busy, but the food great. And was still good the next day.

I guess they are no longer freaky fast with their deliveries. Placed order at 12:09 pm. Kept getting updates that my order was going to be 5 minutes late. Original ETA 1:00 pm. Final ETA before I cancelled the order 1:30 pm.
Why can you not toast what you want. Why have a toaster? Why have a list to make it your own. I came here thinking it would be better than the last time. Service is terrible. They couldn't even take 10 seconds to put my sandwiches in a bag they just handed me the bag. I will never eat here or recommend this establishment anywhere

This location is awesome! I work downtown and it's sometimes not worth driving around downtown to pickup lunch, due to the scarce of parking. On the days I give up driving, my goto is Jimmy John's! The downtown location is freakishly fast, and delivered within minutes. Like today, I received within 10 minutes! The orders are always made as requested, and delivery is always fast with a smile!!
