May I tell you that the staff tonight was fabulous! We have an early departure tomorrow and decided to pick up a sandwich.Although we haven’t tasted the food yet I wanted to comment on the great service!

What has become of our city, it’s sad. I ordered a sandwich from a kid with a mask on, no personality or service skills. After I paid I asked for a cup for water and he tried to ring me in again for 80 cents! When I said I’ve never been charged for a cup and tap water, he walked away and said we are a business sorry man. Is this the new norm nashville? We are so much better than this. Are Jimmy John’s franchisees this strapped that they can’t afford little plastic cups? Add it to your food costs at least, no one would ever question it, now I will never go back, because of a cup.

I wanted to buy a cup of ice and was charged roughly $3. Was treated like I was less then by the manager and crew. I've never ever paid over .27 for a cup of ice. I couldn't help but feel like they were being racists. ??

We placed a pretty big lunch order yesterday, then walked to pick it up from the Music Hall. It was ready super fast and every order was correct. Although they were packed (it was peak Lunch Rush when we ordered) the staff was still friendly and really helpful when we went in.

Surprisingly quick service for a cramped downtown location! Food is on par with other Jimmy John’s (very tasty!!) and price is reasonable for the area. I work in a building just a block away, and this is my (and many coworkers’) go-to for an easy meal when in-office.

I absolutely love this place Kasey is amazing and so is her team. I am a regular customer I order the same sandwhich every few weeks and that ice cold Powerade is the best.Vegetarian options: I get their veggie but I add roast beef its so good

I did not know how to use the app to order food but when I called the employee that worked there just let us know what they have and they made it right away and we had a food in about 10 minutes and the sandwiches were nice and fresh.
I ordered extra tomato and extra hot peppers, and got one tiny hot pepper and one tiny piece of one tomato slice (see photos). My first time at a Jimmy John's and the taste was very good... Delicious and fresh bread

Took 5 minutes before they realized I was even in the place to order much less say hello. Made sandwiches with missing ingredients (no sprouts on beach club). When I asked for it to go the subs were placed on the counter with nothing else. Had to bag them to go myself. Not a huge deal but a clear message of not giving an

Sandwich was wrong. Added Mayo when it should have not included Mayo. The menu in the store didn’t even say Mayo for my sandwich, but I said it again to verify and it still included it. Also, awful system for picking up your sandwich. Instead of a number they just call the sandwich type. I mean a crowded shop with many people ordering the same sandwich??? I would continue, but I need to go choke down this mayo drenched garbage…
