It was fairly busy, the tables were all dirty, and they messed up my sandwich by adding cheese, which I’m allergic to and specifically requested to exclude. When I was trying to order, one of the dudes working the line spoke over the person taking my order to loudly tell me, “it will be at least 10-15 minutes before your sandwich.” Alright, cool, I don’t mind. What I did mind was having to hear him loudly huffing and being kinda rude to the other people working. Every person in that place could hear it. I was already in my car when I found the cheese and I just threw the sandwich out and skipped lunch.
Dietary restrictions: They added cheese. I am allergic to dairy and specified no cheese. Check your sandwich before you leave.
Parking: Lots of businesses in the strip and it can be impossible to find a spot.

Jimmy John’s is our favorite sub sandwich chain because they offer the best ingredients in which to make a gourmet sandwich and a wide variety of kettle chips. They also offer some premium sides like pasta salad. We got the original sandwich combo for around $13. It includes an 8” white bread sub or a wheat option which is two slices of wheat bread. We got turkey with the standard vegetables, sports peppers and other condiments. Also premium kettle chips and a 20 oz Coca-Cola product. It was delicious and a great deal considering the quality and taste. Our favorite time to go is Monday-Friday when their A team is working. Great job guys and they even have a convenient drive-thru!

Maybe it was everyone’s first day on the job…Check your bag and sandwiches before leaving this store! My sandwich was missing two items I paid extra for and no oatmeal raisin cookie that I paid for. On top of this the drive thru took longer than normal. Will not be returning to this location.

I just went through the drive thru to but some day-old bread for 50 cents each. The total was $1.07 and I handed the young man $2. After a few moments, a blonde woman (I’m assuming a manager) came to the drive thru till and very loudly scolded the guy with something along the lines of “why did you accept cash when there is a big sign here that says no cash?!” I understand I came through late and the register might have already been counted but you shouldn’t yell at your employees like that. It just left a bad taste in my mouth.
