I ordered from Jimmy John's on January 7th, not realizing they were closed because of the snow. I've tried to contact the manager of that store and apparently she's never in the store because i could never get ahold of her. I called one day and the assistant manager hung up on me. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATI0N. The manager Tommy got my food order wrong and overcharge me three dollars. When I called to advise them about the air he did not offer to make my sandwich claimed to provide me a refund that day. When I arrived not only they he the sandwich out of my hand, never apologized about the inconvenience, & failed to give me my refund at the time promised.
