Not sure if people leaving bad reviews have really been here because I have never had a bad experience here. I have ordered from here hundreds of times over the past few years and every single order if perfect. Absolutely exceptional service and is what all fast food restaurants should aspire to be. This location has improved tremendously over the last 4 months or so. Rapid orders are ready when you get there (app/online orders), and they set them aside. People don't realize how crucial this is! It cuts the traffic everywhere in the store! We'll done! You can get in and out "Freaky Fast" when needed!

Love Jimmy John's however I will never place a large catering order from this location again. Missing items, wrong sandwiches. This is not anything you want to find out after getting this large of an order back to your location with a crowd waiting.
