Went there for a sandwich to go. Cashier cared about what was going behind her than the customer. Then when they gave me sandwich, they put it on the counter, whe I clearly had my hand out. Asked for a bag , cashier just handed me the bag and I had to put my own sandwich in there. The entire time they are horseplaying in the back. Love the food but not coming HERE again.

Because of the location to my office, it is handy to order food and have it delivered. I have ordered from them for several years. But today, I did not have a good experience. I work less then a 5 min drive...and it took over an hour for me to receive my meal. So the ice in the drink was all melted, the bag was all squished, not that it really mattered until I opened it up and my food was squished. I called the location 3 times (total) tracking my order and then to complain about my meal after I received it. I was referred to the gm, fine. Let's just say customer service is not a highly marked skill. For the amount I paid (full price) and what and when I received it, I have decided I will not be returning. A vending machine will be as good as this. As far as the taste of my sandwich that required a fork, the taste was fine.

My sub was super fresh, pickle was crisp & the lemonade was great too!!!
Was just in. Greeted with a smile and a friendly hello, they made my sammi with perfection, even as picky as I am, and it was lightning fast. What an awesome Jimmy John’s location and staff! Thanks again for the great service y’all and keep up the amazing work!

The food at Jimmy John isn't the best they have 2 choices of breads to choose from and their just plain wheat loaf and a white sub bread. Really they are right when they say no frills at Jimmy John's. Lol. The manager at this specific Jimmy John's is a hater, she fired me for using the store phone to call my daughter about some important business. At the time my phone was out of service and this woman (sara) knew this. Instead of asking nicely what I was doing on the phone she rudely tells me to get off. What am I doing? She says. So I start to explain and she is just as rude, disrespective, not acting like a general manager should. She doesn't want to hear me. So then I say fine I don't have to explain s*$^ to you and since when should I ask for permission to use the damn phone. I didn't have too she just wanted to use her authority or if anything show me how she uses her authority, which isnt a fair one. With all that being said guess what happened? Yup she fired me because I needed to use the phone. Really, she had a problem with me from the very first day I started working with Jimmy John's. So who ever reads this if you go to this Jimmy John's say hi to umpalumpa for me lol.

The General Manager there, I believe her name is Sara… what an absolute vile individual. Complete nasty attitude and just overall horrible in all aspects of customer service. I’ve seen other comments on here also complaint about her behavior. How does she still have a job there let alone still in a GM position!?!? And don’t comment saying “that’s not how we roll” because clearly it is. Will definitely be contacting Better Business Bureau if nothing is done. I’m a frequent customer at this establishment but probably not for much longer.

Good sandwiches. A step above Subway. Worthy of a try for sure. Don't expect gourmet, after all it's a sandwich joint. It's a perfect stop for bringing a bite along on your flight. Very convenient to BNA and easy and efficient in and out. Beats the airport prices too. No complaints for what it is.
