Stopped in at 10:19am and they open at 10:30am but the open sign was open. So I walked a good distance just to get into the store. The manager was extremely rude and said he had $3000 worth of groceries to put up. I can understand that but it was literally 11 mins until they opened. Very rude and the kicker is this would have been my first time eating at jimmy johns. Idk but I won't be going back.

It's an average sandwich shop.
My only complaint is that I got overcharged but didn't realize it until I had left. Just be sure to check your total before you pay.

Didn't even get to eat. Ordered through the drive thru. After sitting at the window for about 5 minutes and noticing the employee hadn't moved. I tapped on the window and asked what the hold up was. He responded with " sorry, my manager is doing an interview" not sure what that has to do with me getting my food. But I just asked for a refund and left.

This place is a joke! I usually show up between 4-6pm, but the last 4-5 times I’ve been there it’s been closed. I’m no longer going to this location. I’m goin to the Hendersonville location instead and that place is great and consistent. Hopefully this location will have new ownership soon!

Friendly staff. With good sandwiches served fast. But the dining area often closed which is odd.

Parking: Parking doesn’t matter when the inside is closed to dining and the only way to get your food is the drive through window.

Wheelchair accessibility: None since the inside is closed to dining.

Workers are completely useless. Messed up a simple order then done nothing to fix it. Completely wasted money. Went stright into the trash. Will never go back and will make sure no one I know goes there to wash their money to.

4 workers… and a combined 9 brain cells between them. It’s a good thing this place only sells cold sandwiches.. if they had a toaster oven in the store they certainly would burn the place down. My order my messed up multiple times and the “lady” making the sandwiches was incredibly rude when we asked her to correct the issues. When we brought back the incorrect sandwich she tried to removed and modify the hour old sandwiches. This place is a joke… make a sandwich at home or go to Jersey Mikes. Sad.

Pulled up at 5:30 and tried to order, was told she could not take any orders until her coworker arrived at 630. I decided to wait, because it was something I really wanted. I am sitting in a parking spot and then see the worker get out of her car with pajama pants on and the headset on. She unlocked the store and then locked it and then allowed people to come up the door and pull on in and let people wait at the drive through and did not inform anyone else. (As I saw people I would tell them) This is the second time I have come by the Jimmy John's and the first time they were closed on a Sunday at 6pm. I understand that some places are still very short staffed, but can this not be posted somewhere? Or even on a peice of paper and put it on the door? Do better Jimmy John's.

If I could give it 0 stars I absolutely would. Was told I couldn’t place an order until the persons co worker showed up at 6:30. I arrived at 5:30 and that is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

After seeing Jimmy Johns ads on TV all day, I decided that’s what I wanted for dinner. I guess the ads worked? Or maybe I just love the food. JJ’s has the best bread, the best meats, and they use Hellman’s Mayo. I used to be the night manager of a JJ’s in college, and I think JJ’s makes the best cold subs money can buy. Period.I ordered online, and the website told me my order could not be placed, and that I should call the store directly. I called the store, and the phone just rang. I let it ring maybe 20 times, then hung up. “Maybe they’re just really busy?”… “I’ll just drive down there, it’s only about a mile away.”I then arrived to find the store closed at 5:30pm on a Saturday?I get it, it’s hard to staff restaurants sometimes, but can this please be reflected in the store hours posted online? This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve gone to this location during its normal hours of operation, but’s it’s closed. Not to mention the multiple times I’ve called (when someone actually did answer) and they tell me they don’t have any delivery drivers. One time I actually pulled up to the drive through at 7:40pm. I waited, no one came over intercom, and then someone peeked their head out of the back door (next to where you order) and tells me they’re closed? What is going on?Whoever owns this store, whether it be corporate or franchised, doesn't care.I won’t be back to this Jimmy Johns, because it’s not even consistently open, and/or the store’s hours are not posted correctly. What happened to Freaky Fast delivery, or for that matter, delivery at all?
