I don’t know what the problem is with this particular location, but I usually go to Jimmy John’s so that I can get a little bit of extra meat on my subway sandwich, but I went to this place and I should’ve went back and complained, but I wasn’t a hurry, but they put only one thin slice of turkey meat on my sandwich and it was all bread and lettuce and tomato and cheese. There was hardly no meat whatsoever. Sad.

This location will routinely close the lobby and only do drive thru. But they will keep online ordering turned on. If I had known the line was 20 cars long I wouldn’t have ordered online. Will update this review when the owners stop being greedy and start respecting their customers time.

Ordered delivery at 10 to hopefully get by 11. Around 2 I get a notification that Uber eats is bringing my sandwich. 3 hour after lunch break. This place is unreliable and just sad.

Brandon the GM was incredibly friendly and made our sandwiches exactly how we like them. The restaurant’s cleanliness was great.
Our toddler even spilled a drink and Brandon was quick to help us out and take care of it for us. Phenomenal experience. Delicious sandwiches and great service. We’ll be back soon. 10/10

I will not rate this place any better than one star. The little young guys working the inside wouldn't let me handicap girlfriend even use the bathroom as a multiple repeat customer and she had to go nextdoor to the Mexican market and use their personal bathroom. I will no longer give my money to any Jimmy John's.

Just came here with my family and had AMAZING service on 10-5-25 at 1:30pm! I assume the guy is the manager, he was training a guy being very patient with him! Not only are they great to their customers but also their employees!

Super disappointed. They add 2 slices of turkey and 2 slices of cheese on a turkey sub that is smaller than usual? I ordered a #4x Just for the sandwich itself was $12. I wish I could add the photos to this review but I added them separately. Whatever helll

Not freaky fast, employees move the pace of turtles, not a great representation of the Jimmy John’s that I’ve come accustomed to. There are 7 people waiting on their food and 1 of the 3 employees decides to take a long break. Employees seem to lack understanding on how business operates. Won’t be back.

Need to teach those who work the drive through how to answer. I sat for 4 min waiting with no one saying anything. I said hello. Then about 2 min later they said to wait. Inefficient way to operate. I almost left.
