Not freaky fast, employees move the pace of turtles, not a great representation of the Jimmy John’s that I’ve come accustomed to. There are 7 people waiting on their food and 1 of the 3 employees decides to take a long break. Employees seem to lack understanding on how business operates. Won’t be back.

Need to teach those who work the drive through how to answer. I sat for 4 min waiting with no one saying anything. I said hello. Then about 2 min later they said to wait. Inefficient way to operate. I almost left.

The wait time for (1) sandwich is out of control. 2 cars total in line for the drive though and I have been here for 20 minutes - would’ve been better off going to a sit down restaurant at this rate. I tried to get my free sub and the app said it couldn't get my customizations. Was suppose to be ready at noon went in and ask they said they dint know. Look back on the app at 530 said mu sub was ready at 420. Never got to try them Very disappointed

I order on a regular basis for meetings at work. The staff at this location is so friendly and efficient. They go above and beyond to help me. The food has always been fresh and made well. The location is always spotlessly clean. When it's too much to carry out, they always lend a hand.
