This was our first time going to the Detroit cowboy. I made the reservations many months in advance, and was really looking forward to it. The memorabilia throughout the restaurant is pretty cool. First time for my wife and me to Detroit Cowboy. Given the many steak options in Nashville, it is unlikely that we will return anytime too soon. We enjoyed the decor and our server was charming, but overall, the food was average, particularly for the price point. First minor annoyance was the “pay to park” valet in front. Sea bass was excellent and the service was good. Be aware of the split entree up charge👎🏼. Chopped salad and mash potatoes need some work. Lobster mac and Brussel sprouts were very good.
