My wife and I stopped in for breakfast. I got the waffle with bananas or lack thereof. The waffle was very thin and tasted like a frozen Eggo and a bit under cooked. It's definitely NOT worth the money that it costs. My wife got biscuits and gravy. It came with a side of potatoes and sausage. I also got a Bourbon to drink $20 drink.... it was worth every drop! #Angel's EnvyOverall, the experience was wonderful, and the live band was really good. I just wish I had a better experience with my food.

Way too pricey for what it is. Band was meh. And that's not Nashville, meh. For Nashville it was sub par. Two watered down shots and a beer were over $70. Never again. Johnny would be rolling in his grave.

We came in just for drinks and sat at a bar in the back. Service was fast and exceptional. We didn't eat but the food all looked and smelled great! Live band played traditional country music and kept the crowd fully attentive. Definitely will be back for chicken wings!

Party of six walk-ins. St. Patty's Day Sunday. Joe Taylor band playing 80s-2000s cover songs. Band was excellent. Took requests. Some patrons were dancing in front of the band. Available seating for dinner. Our party included two walking cane elder disabled persons. Music loud per Holiday night. Stayed approx three hours. Excellent evening.Kid-friendliness: There were two approx 6-year old boys at a dining table next to us wearing sound protection. Turns out they were the lead singer's grandsons!

I LOVE the bartender, Haley P.,. she is friendly and SO fun. I have met her here 2 times and each time is exceptional. I will be back!!! However; she beat me twice in arm wrestling so I only tipped $1. (Jk)

Our first stop in Nashville for drinks and food. It was nice having places to sit down and eat. Staff was friendly and music was great! The fried corn side was amazing.Parking: May be difficult to find parking as it is so close to broadway.

The band was phenomenal! We had a great bartender and she let us know about the bucket of beers special which helped us out. Great venue right off Broadway for live music and all the Johnny Cash memorabilia around.

There was live entertainment when we were there. A real rustic atmosphere. We ordered food, a slam burger and the chicken tenders. Both were very good. We definitely will return.

10:45 AM on a Saturday morning. Our first stop after arriving on an early flight. Had a shot of Jack Daniels ($14) and it seemed weak compared to any other venues we went to that day.

For zero reason the bartender kicked me out. Sober. One drink at this "bar" and the bartender was angry for some reason. It said "this is his last drink" to the security guard. I attempted to point out I had not been drinking; when I wuestioned why the bartender was upset again I was met with hostility. This was a very bizarre situation. I wouldn't take my dog to this establishment in the future. The fact it is named in honor of THE Johnny Cash is a misnomer; this is neither a pleasant place to be nor to have a drink. It is now obvious as to why it was an abandoned bar off broadway. I wish the bartender a better evening and hope it finds employment elsewhere. I also hope the rebel spirit of Johnny Cash finds its way back into this part of the bar scene.

Worst bbq in Nashville! It’s not even close to restaurant quality. Immediately replace all kitchen staff and recipes! Worst plate of food I’ve had in months of travel all over the country. Sad! Don’t go here! Avoid! Please read my other reviews I never say this!
