The food was okay, but the service was terrible. If I could give less than one star, I would. We went in with my friend for her birthday. We weren't impolite, but the server seemed irritated with us from the very beginning. After we ordered, she gave us each the wrong food and did not bring out my fries. As she left, she was mumbling about us under her breath. She took a long time to bring us our tickets, and when she did, the fries I did not receive were still on there, and she was annoyed when I asked her to take them off. Maybe she was just having a rough day, I don't know, but I don't see myself coming back here.

Food is horrible. Fries were good, but the chicken tenders are so fake and nasty. Pay 9.99 for just the tenders with no side. The fact you even don't get sides with your meals isn't right.

In our opinion, Johnny Rockets has the best onion rings hands down of any place we have been! Burgers are decent and service is excellent.

Go to Atlanta to Johnny's rockets there this one has stupid lazy employees who do nothing, tried to order milkshake and the idiots just sat around, never got my milkshake at all, no tip for any of you lazy employees

The burgers looked good, but I had the tuna melt in Nashville. It was the best tuna melt I've had in 20 years. I highly recommend you try that there! Service and atmosphere outstanding 👌

Some of the best burgers with some of the WORST Service industry workers! They want to do the bare minimum 5/7/25 2pm in the afternoon and the bar is closed because these ladies don't want to clean it again!

My first visit for a while. I used to be a regular. Was ignored for about 10 minutes at the front of the line waiting to be seated when the restaurant was only about 30% full. Food somehow doesn't seem as special as it once was, and much more expensive than it used to be.

Rude employees. Stood at host stand & was ignored. Then after 4 minutes of waiting at the host stanf i walked in the ask employee when then closed. When I realized they closed in 10 minutes I asked if there was anything (like some fries) I could order for my daughter & it was a sharp & rude NO. Walked by 30 minutes later after leaving the food court to find other people in the restaurant sitting at the counter eating that were not there previously. Disrespectful employees. They could of at least said there were closing soon and or sorry we are closed guys. They said nothing and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Wouldn't want to come back.
