My wife and I went to Johnny Rockets in Opry Mills Mall, and our server, Chantelle, was the most efficient at her job as hostess and server as we have ever seen. She was kind, and considerate while delivering very good service. Johnny Rockets is very blessed to have an employee like Chantelle. ❤️

Food is mediocre and over priced. I used to walk by this place and go pre covid. It was awesome, the staff was lively and seemed to.enjoy their jobs and the food was waaaaayyyyy better. Everyone there now just looks miserable and it's definitely fallen way below what Johnny's used to be. Very disappointed. Not worth it.

My family and I waited to be seated for 15 minutes. There were 2 waitresses and one man behind the main counter who all looked at us multiple times. No one ever acknowledged our existence, nor said a word to us as we waited to be seated. We finally left after realizing they had no desire to help us. While we waited, I noticed several tables waiting for drinks to be refilled. No one was happy in this place. That includes the staff & patrons. Until the service improves, do not want waste your time eating here.

First time eating at Johnny rockets and everything was delicious and our waitress Faith ( at opry mills restaurant) was great she made things so easier and she was so friendly and a great waitress !!!

My wife and I visited Johnny Rocket’s at the mall on a day date. After about minute of being seated, I was given a menu with a dirty piece of lettuce on it. I should have taken a photo.
It took our server a while to get around to us, I don’t know how long we sat there, we were enjoying conversation, but once I realized that no one had visited us I had noticed that quite some time had passed. They were very busy and obviously understaffed.
The server took our order and vanished until the food was ready. Drinks, refills, even items like ranch for the fries was hard to get. It was really disappointing service.
Food was really good though and made up for some of the lack of service.
Don’t go if you’re in a rush though, we had time to kill. If you’re expecting the nostalgic Johnny Rockets of years past, you won’t really find it here. This location lacks personality outside of the branding, within the staff and atmosphere.

The food was great, the only complaint I have is that the buns were greasy. The atmosphere was great but you have to deal with the mall scene. The service was great and quick even though they were short staffed.
