I had the JoyBurger Deluxe, and I loved it. It's one of the top 2 best burgers that I've ever had. My wife ordered the crust burger and let me try a bite. It was good, but I was not as impressed with it.We also ordered a Joystick, and wow! I thought it was the best chicken I've ever had. The quality of the chicken is just way beyond any chicken I've ever had.Overall, the entire family was very impressed with the food. The employees there were really nice too. I think this place is awesome.

Great open space that’s easy to find. Ordering process is easy and the wait isn’t bad. Seating can be tough during their busy times.Get the boozy shake, you won’t regret it ?

Was suggested by somebody at the basement east. The woman at the counter was super cool, nice and helped explain the menu a bit more. I got a crust burger and curly fries. If you like smash burgers, these are GREAT. The single is VERY thin, it's a smash burger and the buns are smashed and griddled too, but it's delicious. Curly fries were great, and the sauces were on point too. The atmosphere is pretty much no frills. There's a counter, some tables, some trash cans, and good burgers. That's about it.

Short and sweet, just like my patience when I'm hangry. But as soon as I walked in, the customer service was ?! You definitely get what you pay for, which is FRESH HOT food. A few short minutes for food off the grill. Yeah. Worth the wait? You betcha!

Sorry but even though I now work in the WeWork Connected space, I won't be back to Joyland.1. Long wait - Took 21 minutes to get my Impossible Burger and crinkle fries. It wasn't that crowded when I arrived at around 11:30 a.m., only about 3 people in line in front of me.2. Basic condiments missing - They don't have lettuce or mayo. I asked for no onions, pickles, or cheese. She read it back to me. I got pickles.3. Food quality - food was hot and tasty, but fries were WAY too salty! I didn't care for their special sauce, too mustardy. Soda fountain drink a bit flat.4. Price too high - I guess $20 is the going rate for lunch these days. But, the food quality was fast food, although not fast at all, and I expect to pay a lot less than $19.18 for that.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger

Somebody Feed Phil made me want to try this place. I've been a handful of times. The food is good, but it's nothing life changing, and for what it is, it's overpriced. The atmosphere is... sparse? bland? Whatever it is it doesn't inspire "JOY". But it's also not terrible. Here's the elephant in the room: how do you have a restaurant in TN and *not* have fresh brewed tea available. They only offer soda fountain drinks. Ain't no one got time for that high fructose nonsense. :-PTheir gluten free options are pretty solid, if you have that food allergy (and they are careful about cross contamination).Dietary restrictions: Gluten freeWheelchair accessibility: Parking is on the far end of the building, but there are no steps from the parking lot to the entrance.
