Vui’s Juice Cafe - Berry Hill

I ordered the breakfast sandwich which i’ve never ordered before and when i got back to the office to enjoy it, it had mold on it. I only have 30 minutes for a lunch break so i attempted to call them 4 separate times to see if they could do anything. they answered 3 of the times and hung up, so i was unable to leave a voicemail. The owner left me a very mean message which made me delete the previous review but after encouragement from my friends I am reposting my review.

I LOVE that Vui's Juice Cafe is in Berry Hill and I can walk here from work for a quick, healthy, delicious smoothie, juice, or meal.

Vui’s smoothies are my son’s favorite and she herself made ours and helped us to our car. I really appreciate her kindness and this is why I’ll be a lifetime customer!

The food was really not good and portions are small. I had to go buy another breakfast next door at Sam + Zoe.

The quality of the food and service is too poor to be this expensive.

UPDATE: I have to say I’m surprised by the reply I received from this review. I haven’t visited in over a week and have never been rude to your employees. So, either you’ve mistaken me for someone else or you’re lying to save face. If you scroll down (which I think you already have) you’ll see reviews from others sharing my exact experience of the poor quality of food and service. I thought I was being gracious by giving you two stars. I even left out the fact that I had to cross the street to Sam & Zoe’s to purchase a better smoothie (their service was better and more personable, by the way). I don’t know who monitors these reviews, but my suggestion would be to spend more time improving your food than attacking your customers.

Cute cottage core vibes with great drinks and good chicken salad sandwich ! Sandwich itself was a 5/5 with excellent presentation but they lost major points on their Boba. The tapioca was hard inside and was incredibly hard to suck through the straw which is likely due to it made too long ago. Food was fast though and prices are good. Would stick with the juices and food and off the Boba milk tea for now.

It's a really cute place. I got the hibiscus boba and it wasn't the best. I have been here before and had the juice which is much better.
