Are here only because it was located inside the hotel we were staying in. The hotel is great but this restaurant was terrible from the food to the service. The host was rude when I mentioned having kids with us even though they have a kids menu. She actually recommended us going to the restaurant on the 4th floor of the hotel instead. The kitchen could be seen from our table.. I could see one of the cooks chewing food while cooking.. the waitress made several snarky comments. Honestly too many things to even put in this review just take my word for it do not waste your time on this place.

Hostess was so incredibly rude to our party and every other person who came in. When she wasn’t being disgustingly miserable to every guest, she was brushing her greasy hair in the restaurant.

Ordered the steak frites, fries were good… steak I could only manage to have one bite of smell was beyond rank and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Our party of 3 all ordered the same thing and thought the same.

STAY AWAY!! Now let me tell you what a disaster. This place is. Amazing hotel but the people running this restaurant should all move to a different country. They couldn’t run our restaurant if their life depended on it. I have travelled around the world and I have never seen worst service in my life. This place tops, the charts . one and a half hours to even order breakfast. They bring a coffee they forget spoons by the time they come back your coffee is cold. Food comes out cold, why because it’s been sitting waiting for somebody to bring it to your table for 20 minutes. A manager that is full of earrings and tattoos comes up to you and says hey what do you want. And obnoxious. Just sat there watching the food get cold instead of moving his butt to bring it to the table. This is not one incident. We were at a convention at this hotel for four days and unfortunately, we had no choice but to try breakfast every one of those days. Every single day was a disaster one than the other. The hotel is so lovely, what they are doing with this restaurant is a shame. Get rid of the managers and hire some proper people to run this restaurant.

Food was good but service was the worst I've seen in quite a while. Hardly anyone in the restaurant at a prime time period and I can understand why if the service is always this bad. Got seated and ordered, appetizers came out at a normal pace but after an hour no food only for someone to finally ask hey are you waiting on food and then they decided to start it at that point.

Rude bartender. The food took an hour to make, and came cold. Horrible experience for $120!

Sat outside, fun to watch the activities. Servers were all lovely and attentive. Recommend the jalapeño deviled eggs! Outstanding! Shrimp tacos were fair. Would return.

Went to have dinner and the host visibly rolled her eyes at us when we asked and said “well there are 3 other tables in front of you that the waiter is working on so you’ll definitely have to wait.” We had a 9:30 reservation and it was 9:25. She then continued to call us annoying to a fellow coworker as we sat there and could hear her. We were so appalled and uncomfortable that we left because the women with the super long ponytail who seemed to possibly be a manager (a scary thought) treated us. Would NOT recommend if you plan to be treated like a respected human. Would give zero stars for service if possible. Unacceptable behavior from staff.

Had a bad experience at this location and unfortunately I won’t be back. Came and sat at the bar was never greeted by the guy. The young lady there is always pleasant! I informed the bar we wanted to sit outside and was told that was fine. Well my friend and I sat down and here comes the manager making a scene telling us we have to come see him first and of course people were looking and it was embarrassing. We were about to leave and lovely sever named Lexus came and greeted us asked us to stay and she made it right. Thanks to the food made by Autumn as well. Thanks ladies we appreciate the service you gave us! The manager Shane is an A hole and we won’t be back anyway.

The brunch menu was not what I expected. The biscuits literally tasted like the pillsbury biscuits I can make at home. I enjoy a good
Bloody Mary, especially during these hot summer days, but it literally had no salt rim, which is one of my favorite parts! I can make a better one at home. But shoutout to my server, they were great and attentive!

Food was just not it.. very underwhelmed and overpriced. Not to mention the waitress kept trying to take our dishes while we were still eating off them. Also took my margarita without asking before I was done with it. I think they care more about getting the dishes off the table than they do anything else.. 80 plus dollars for an appetizer , a shared meal and two drinks.. very disappointed in Nashville food scene overall but this place was not worth it

Attitude from the hostess from the very beginning with a big group. 20% gratuity for parties over 6 with one bill only (without being disclosed ahead)

Birthday dessert provided but also oddly added to the bill
