The food I ate was GRAY inside all chicken. I didn’t notice at first but after I ate I was throwing up over and over so I got food poisoning for eating gray meat. I’m thinking about suing unless I get $1k for the mishap

I complained before about the location in Madison, TN but never heard back from you but I will try again with the Dickerson Rd. location. Twice I entered this location, about 2 weeks ago I went in and ordered a large order of chicken livers. Then today I showed up at 5:35 PM and as I was going into the door a female employee locked the door and carried out a drive thru window order. The lobby had other customers but I wasn't allowed in. She shouted at me to go through the drive thru. I ended up leaving as the last time I was there they didn't have any livers and I wasn't about to wait in the line to be told again that they were out, like the last time. The employees are very disrespectful and unprofessional. Plus today they were closing the location at 8:00 PM that night.

This was a nastiest restaurant I have ever been in.. The food was horrible. The service was terrible and the restaurant was so filthy. I don't know who's running this place or who's in charge or owns it, but they should be ashamed of themselves to let this place go to hell . We will never come back to KFC. How disgusting!. What a shame. Also almost forgot the music was so loud. Nobody wants to come and eat in a restaurant and have to listen to loud music.

When you want mild chicken they only have crispy. You can't win at that location.

Went to this KFC as it used to be my favorite closest location, but as we arrived and attempted to place a order i was received with such negative attitude, as if We were coming into their valuable time. I ordered and when received the order it was missing some items, and the crew was just irritating to deal with to correct the issue they caused. I understand short staffed locations but this location has gone down hill with their standards and Corporate needs to reevaluate the customer service they provide.

I would like a 4 piece meal original recipe, all legs, mash potatoes, and a lrg Pepsi that's it nothing else.
