Today I had a terrible experience at this Kentucky Fried Chicken the cashier by the name of Dee was unprofessional discourteous and not gear torch customer service. She wanted us to use the kiosk but we had coupons that we wanted to use she didn't ask us if we wanted to eat inside or take out and came out with our food in a bag when we really wanted to dine in prior to our ordering the food she was mopping the floors there's a lot was a lot of water accumulation and never placed a sign for having a wet floor. I will never come back to this Kentucky Fried Chicken and I will make sure that my friends and family do the same.

The woman at the register is very very rude has no customer service skills . The receipt says her name is Dee. We dined inside and there were at least eight more customers to come in while we were dining and they were all giving the rude attitude that came from her. It appears she is the manager the way she was speaking to the employees. Not sure how they are able to work with her rude nasty attitude

We ordered two of the three piece meals on doordash and it was supposed to have dark meat chicken in it and they got here and they gave us all breasts and I tried to call back and it just rang and rang several times nobody ever picked up the phone and when we tried to go through the doordash to explain to them they had brought the wrong type of chicken to us they wouldn't do anything either I get this place one star because there's no way for me to contact you and tell you that I couldn't eat what I just spent my money for

I came in and waited at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged. No one came to take my order, and when I finally asked for help, I was told they couldn’t take my order at the counter and that I had to use the machine which doesn’t even accept cash. It was frustrating and disappointing to be ignored and then turned away just because I wanted to pay with cash. Definitely not a good experience.

They had the nerve to replace my macaroni and cheese with potato wedges. And they did not even put pickles and mayo on my chicken sandwich. Worthless location.

Be careful they’re scamming cards… here paid with my debit card through drive through and received multiple calls from my bank about declined transactions. Hate to say it but I knew something was up when the guy at the window took my card smh…
