Brandy and Ashley were phenomenal today!! Excellent service and delicious food!! For the amount of employees working and the amount of customers, they were really quick to get my food out!!! Customer service on point š„°

The website indicates the store closes at 10pm but when I went to this location, they closed at 9pm.
Ordered for pickup online and had a family member pick it up instead. The first problem was them telling us that they hadnāt gotten the order. They went back and forth for a few minutes until the staff finally admitted to having āfoundā the order. The second problem was them accusing us of having not paid for our order. As far as I know you cannot order from KFC online for pickup without paying during checkout. I had to sent over a picture of the receipt as well as a picture of the charge on my card for $14.
The third and final issue that pissed me off was them continuously saying āweāre out of that item.ā We had to send the employees back multiple times just to get the items we ordered and guess what? TURNS OUT THEY HAD THE ITEM. After another round of sending them back we finally decided to leave but upon getting home we realize WE DIDNT GET THE ITEMS WE PAID FOR. Sure missing a biscuit isnāt a big problem, itās only around .69 cents but thatās still .69 out of my pocket thatās now gone, vanished, Vanquished into thin air by a money hungry corporate that canāt hire competent employees.

2 employees who didn't seem to know what they were doing. We waited half an hour for our order to be ready. The employee who was preparing the food was on his cell phone the whole time.

Plus the lobby was closed and no signsl are up telling you to use the drive through.

The manager woman customer service was terrible she took forever to get my food because she was running her mouth
Upon entering the store my wife was told they werenāt taking counter orders and an employee directed her to a tablet to order. She has trouble and nobody offered assistance. An employee walked by exiting the store to go out an smoke a cigarette in their car. The employee walked in again going past my wife who had been there about 10 minutes still was still trying to finish our order. This took over 10 minutes and one part of our order was sat on the counter for over 10 minutes and that one part of our order was dead cold and not tasty. My wife said her part was good. We donāt go there much b/c of customer service issues of the past and them constantly getting our drive thru orders wrong. If you want great customer service and a hassle free pleasant experience DONT go to this location. I only gave it 2 stars b/c my wifeās food was good and mine was cold but the actual chicken tenders were ok. Would have been better if hot.

At 730pm I Sat in drive thru for 15 mins, no one answered. Drove around no one there, other cars are confused as well. Went inside one worker coming from back, decided to leave. Obviously avoiding orders for last few hours the store is open.

Wow. What a horrible customer service experience. I just wanted to try some new chicken and had never been to my neighborhood kfc. The drive thru person was a gem. She told me my food was one price at the speaker, then a dollar more at the window. When I asked for ranch for my dipping sauce, she made a face that I noticed but I didnāt know why. She turned around to look and then told me they were out. I asked abt other dipping sauces they were out of all dipping sauces. And I said āout of everything?ā Then she said āwell yours cost .55 cent for dipping sauceā. So which one is it? I have to pay or are yāall out? I would have gladly paid for the sauce if sheād just rang it up but I truthfully think she lied bc I didnāt ask for sauce when I ordered. So apparently nuggets donāt come with dipping sauce. When I got home, I didnāt even take the food inside. Just stopped at the dumpster and tossed it bc I didnāt trust it. She looked disheveled. Probably from protecting sauces all day. But anyway Iāll never be back. Iāll charge that 5 dollā¦oh wait $6 dollars to the game.

This is the third week in a row that we ordered the $10 dollar 8 piece dark meat bucket at about 5:30pm that have had to wait at least 15 minutes for food that was ordered online about 10 minutes before that. Means the chicken is fresh but sometimes a bit too fresh, coating could have been a bit crispier.

I placed an order online for pickup in 20 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant, waited over 5 minutes until I could talk to someone as no one was working the front counter. Was told that it would be another 20 minutes for them to cook my food. Asked them to cancel it. Store said they couldn't and I had to call 800#. I called, was on phone over 13 minutes trying to get order cancelled and was told that the order was closed and they couldn't do anything. They asked if I wanted to have someone call me. I said yes. It's 6 days later and no one has called. I was still charged for the food and have disputed it because I never received anything. I worked at KFC in high school and this location was terrible. I've never had such a bad experience not only in the store but with their customer service. After 40+ years of KFC, I will never go to another one again. This was not how I was trained as one of their employees.
