Second time I’ve ordered in 2 weeks, both times order has been wrong. Order 4 piece with mashed potatoes and large Pepsi with a large Mac. Tag stuck to bag from online order was correct. When I got to work there was a 2 piece, slaw, and biscuit with a large Dr Pepper. No mac. No will wil ever answer phone.

Came at 7 last night. Got the $50 16 piece. Chicken was overcooked and hard. Fries also. Asked for barbeque sauce. Did NOT receive even one. Meal comes with 8 biscuits. Didn't receive any. Should have checked the bag before we got home. Tried calling - no answer. Still trying at this very moment - no answer

You ever been to a restaurant where employees are afraid to complain to their boss?! This is it!! Not only was the food at a mediocre quality the manager, Genesis, refused to give me a receipt or show his face. After asking me to pull up during my lunch break smh. I am not able to take pictures but in addition to the service imagine receiving an untrusted bun, heavy mayonnaise, pickles, and a chicken tender patty to get the bang for a buck. What a bang and scam smh

This store is filthy, not a clean table anywhere. The trash cans were running over, we had to set our bag & drinks on top of it. The potatoes we were served had been setting so long the gravy had soaked up into the potatoes. The chicken tenders, original recipe were so old & dried out. The biscuits...let's just say I could of knocked my husband out if I had hit him with one. Don't worry I'll NEVER RETURN TO THE SCENE OF THE CRIME...

I was charged for 3 large coleslaws that I never received. When I tried to fix the problem quickly, KFC Harding Place would not answer the phone. After a ‘million’ rings. KFC picked up the phone to suggest I call the Doordash 800 number. KFC blamed Doordash & Doordash blamed KFC. Spent an hour trying to get coleslaw for my party. Had to give up to enjoy the party. Wanted to give KFC an opportunity to make this right today, but again they did NOT answer the phone. It’s order # 266950210. Also, this KFC online order stated FREE delivery, but then Doordash charged a $21.00 tip. Unhappy, with both KFC and DoorDash. Never again‼️

The absolute WORST customer service here. The kids just goof around on the drive through ordering speaker and mimic customers and lie that they are out of entrees. EMBARRASSING.

The food tastes reheated. Undercooked chicken. Terrible service. Chicken with old flavor, reheated French fries. The only good thing is that the place is clean and refills drinks. Otherwise the food is super bad, the quality is 100% low, if you don't want to waste your money, don't come.
