Needs new night time management. The service is so piss poor, it's as if they're purposely trying to permanently close this location.
I was charged for 3 large coleslaws that I never received. When I tried to fix the problem quickly, KFC Harding Place would not answer the phone. After a ‘million’ rings. KFC picked up the phone to suggest I call the Doordash 800 number. KFC blamed Doordash & Doordash blamed KFC. Spent an hour trying to get coleslaw for my party. Had to give up to enjoy the party. Wanted to give KFC an opportunity to make this right today, but again they did NOT answer the phone. It’s order # 266950210. Also, this KFC online order stated FREE delivery, but then Doordash charged a $21.00 tip. Unhappy, with both KFC and DoorDash. Never again‼️
The absolute WORST customer service here. The kids just goof around on the drive through ordering speaker and mimic customers and lie that they are out of entrees. EMBARRASSING.

The food tastes reheated. Undercooked chicken. Terrible service. Chicken with old flavor, reheated French fries. The only good thing is that the place is clean and refills drinks. Otherwise the food is super bad, the quality is 100% low, if you don't want to waste your money, don't come.

Two workers completely ignored me at the counter until I started shouting asking if anyone is working the counter. She replies “not right now” then continues to ignore me.
No we will be right with you, no Apology, no indication to say, whether or not they are short staffed,nothing!!
I have been coming here for the past 2 1/2 years and this is my first time inside. I decided to come in because the drive-through is always slow. Now I see why. Also, the drink area was very nasty. clearly, nobody is cleaning up and nobody cares about their job. They’re just here to get paid.
This is my favorite location but after today I may not return.

Parking lot and drive thru can be extremely difficult to get in and out of. But the food and service is fine.

Worker ignored me eager to get back to his phone and not able to do simple edits to a order I’ve done at other locations and not conversational at all definitely only go as a last option

I have went to this location several times. The grounds never clean. However service is generally decent. This afternoon 12/10 @1140 a.m. I went to KFC for lunch. I order a 3 piece combo original the associate asked would I a thigh & leg be okay I said sure and breast. I received 2 thighs one leg. Never can I receive a chicken breast. After placing order I pull @ to drive thru window to pay for meal. The associate a black man @25 years old no name tag, KFC hat dreads with beads sides shaved low seems to have a problem because he was still talking as I began driving forward to drive thru. I apologized to him and he said "what do you want for your drink." I replied I really don't want a drink ." Well it comes with a drink" just water so he handed me my food, card and walked away for a min then opened the window holding the cup of water to ask why I didn't wait after placing order etc. By this time I am laughing/ smiling because I can't believe we are still having this conversation. Then he hands me the cup of water normally I am given a bottle water. And says I hope you have a better day and I am totally confused. Because my day is going great! I will not be going back to KFC for lunch or dinner..to be reprimanded at the drive thru is crazy!

The worst restaurant ever. I tried to pick up my order but the casher said "can't read Chinese name" so we were arguing about that. Finally, it took over 5 minutes to pick up my order. I feel really bad about this racist

My order was not given to me as I asked for it, they gave me things very different from what I asked for. Even a few months ago I went to order at the drive-thru and the workers were playing around singing and dancing on the counter and they pretended to take the order, they left me waiting and then they pretended to be serving me and singing, I have videos of them dancing on the counter.

This place is a nightmare. Out of chicken, forks, locks doors 1 hour before closing. At least 4 days a week after 6 pm “ were out of chicken lol”
Real translation we cleaned up so we could leave early.
They should fire every employee. I have never seen a business operate like this one. They may be friendly but theyre even better at creating ways to not do shlt after 8pm. They do great playing on theur phones while customers drive off or leave utterly disgusted. And there is no buffet here so save the bs reviews for mcdonalds. They deserve a negative 5. They get a plus 1 for being in a crap area…

I’d give them no stars! I’ve been here twice in the past month and they were out of chicken and fries and if you try to get something else they do have available they don’t have enough, crazy! It seems like they don’t want to have business. I can predict this location closing very soon! I don’t think the employees realize no customers, means no job!
