Every time I come out to order a Pot pie they never have them they will not allow you to pick any of your chicken whether it’s a drum or thigh. They are always rude by far the worst KFC I’ve ever been to in my entire life.

Food delicious well prepared, employees professional,no one helps you to do order by machine koish, preper real people to help wanted a 3 piece wasn't on the menu machine got only 2 pieces combo had to ask for cup for my drink.

Parking: Prices are way too high for bigger size meals , buckets ,the 8 pieces for $10.00 Tuesday only includes 5 thighs and 4 drumbs nothing else .

Went to drive thru and was asked to pull around front to wait. Waited about 5 minutes. Went inside - waited about 15 more minutes. There were three people in line that never got acknowledged as I waited. Got home to find food was clearly cooked a long time before we arrived at the drive thru. Why the wait for chicken that had been sitting for at least an hour prior to my arrival?? It has been several years since the last visit. It was bad then. I guess I had high hopes that it had improved. I'm not sure how this place stays in business.

Phynetta always does a fantastic job I keep coming back because of her. She multitask and is a hard worker always well-mannered and polite I don't think I've ever seen her taking a break

I drive all time so this time I went in to stand up for a few while I was waiting. One of the more clean KFCs I have been in. The assistant manager was very nice and made sure everything was correct before giving it to me. That's rare.

I ordered the $33 8pc tender/chicken meal through DoorDash. The chicken and tenders were burnt, the coleslaw was old/dry, and the fries were limp and cold.
I would not recommend eating there to anyone.

Three nights ago I came here an got here at 9:45. They told me they were closed when they clearly don't close until 10. I understood and let it go; tonight at 9:20 pm. They ask me original or crispy chicken. I say original. They respond with actually we are out of chicken and only have tenders.

More like we don't want to take time to drop more chicken because we get off on less than an hour. Honestly, the worst KFC I've ever been too. How do you make the customer feel like they are a hindrance for coming to order food.

This place is full of liars and thieves.
I placed an order online, when I got there to pick it up I was told that the order had already been given out.
I asked who they gave it to as I'm the only one on the ticket, and they couldn't or wouldn't tell me who they gave it to.
They refused to remake the order, and they refused to give me my money back.
The manager told me it wasn't his problem.

I love KFC's food! It is so delicious. Unfortunately, you have to navigate an obstacle course of rude, inarticulate jerks to obtain it at this location. They have a real problem there and I'm just going to say it...black employees that hate white people and make sure every white customer they encounter knows it. Why on earth the owner allows this is beyond me. They'd probably have 10 times the business if they'd fire the racists and hire some competent employees. Oh well, plenty of other options to choose from in this town. I tried the other night because I wanted to try one of the new twister wraps (literally 2 chicken strips, lettuce, tomato and sauce). After three tries understanding what the miserable order taker was trying to say, I realized he was saying they didn't have those right now. Too lazy to fry a few chicken strips. Not sure what time they stop making any food, but it is WELL ahead of their 10:00 close. If you ARE willing to let people like this talk to you like that, I wouldn't attempt an order after 8 as that seems to be when they stop working altogether. I'm thinking this KFC and the Wendy's down the road exchange employees...same problem in both locations. Avoid, avoid, avoid...let's put them out of business. People with those attitudes need to be doing non-customer facing jobs such as cleaning toilets, washing dishes, etc. Companies that are willing to hire and retain people with those attitudes needs to be put out of business.

Maybe I should've took the hint since I was the only car there. But there's always something wrong with an order at this location. Wrong sides. Chicken that seems like it was refried. Staff that looks like they don't care. Come on kfc do better.
