Old lady in the drive thru was so rude. Mean mugging and all. Actually spoiled my appetite. Im sure she's not the only one either with 0 customer service.

I often drive past and wonder if this location is still open. After finally stopping by, I see why business is slow. The service or lack of service makes the customer feel as if they are interrupting the workers. I can't tell you how long I stood at the register waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. I was ignored by two employees. When I finally spoke up and asked if I could at least place my order, they got upset saying they didn't see me. Very unfortunate.

Some of the worst crap ive ever been served. I took it back to the restaurant and the manager said , you do know chicken is greasy by nature. Year but it doesn't look like its been soaking in a bucket of grease.

Just don't come here. There's so many reasons why you should not come to this kfc. For starters, they will not get your order right. And they will not tell you something is not there until after you pay for it too. On top of that, I've never eaten at KFC we're all the food was super disgusting. We didn't even eat it. Everything from the corn, mashed potatoes, to the chicken and even the biscuits, were awful. I highly highly highly recommend not coming to this kfc. I am not sure how they're still open, I'm baffled by it. It hasn't changed and I thought it would after haven't been there for a year or so. It didn't change it just got worse

Went there today and ordered 2 chicken tenders meals. I was thrown aback by the drive through cashier. At first I thought she was talking to her co-workers. Then I realized she was talking to me. I don't think you should talk to your customers with such a loose tone. There should be some professionalism. When I pulled up to the window I did get my food quickly. Got home and was disappointed by the quality of the food. Our chicken tenders were cold and stale and so we're our fries. Very disappointed.

The atmosphere is a little cold but very welcoming. The service was really great fresh chicken. And workers was very attentive. The worker Marion was very nice and sweet. And great customers service. When I go to other kfcs it’s not as fresh. Keep up the great work

The lady on the microphone has terrible service and is very rude and ig doesn’t know what cheese is and soda machine is water downed and who ever is in the kitchen needs to put a hair net on bc why do I have a weave hair in my food?

This was hands down the worst “food” we’ve ever had. It’s been 5 or 6 years since we’ve had KFC and now it’s noticeably not real food but the two chicken sandwiches were so flat and hard and dry we couldn’t even chew it, it was like trying to eat a wet paper bag. Literally ate nothing and threw our food away we spent $40 on. Also missing two biscuits of course. We will never be eating KFC ever again so we’re just taking the loss and not even trying to get our money back but I’m seriously disgusted by the fact that we just wasted our hard earned money on that garbage. Only reason we got fast food was because I’m sick and now I have to get up and cook because we didn’t eat. Just threw our money in the trash. I’m appalled.

never go to this place!!! I REPEAT NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! if you want KFC, go to Mount Juliet or somewhere else! May 6th 2025 around @2:10 i was at this place & the drive thru employee was rude. i didn’t get her name it was an older African American women. me & my boyfriend was trying to figure out what we wanted to eat and we was being rushed by the women & didn’t give us time to actually get what we wanted. it was her attitude, and how she was rushing us. i’ve worked in fast food i know how the clock works on drive thru’s but it doesn’t give you the right to rush a customer that is giving y'all money & be rude about it. i don’t know if she had a bad day but that doesn’t justify that you DONT need to rush a customer to order. asking us 4 times in the span of 5 secs is outrageous to me🙄. GIVE CUSTOMERS TIME TO ORDER DONT RUSH OR HAVE ATTITUDE WHILE RUSHING SOMEONE!

I ordered the 5 Chicken Tenders, which were extremely Spices and it doesn't state, They are supposed to be Spicy plus ordered Waffle and Syrup, got Home and No Syrup and the Young Man I talk to said I could come Back since the Syrup is considered Free, and I told Him I was 9 miles away. Extremely Unhappy with the Food and Service

The food is actually always great, I’ve never had a complaint about it. But service leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve used the KFC app twice to order and pickup in the store. I waited near the shelf at the front for online order pickup. After 25 minutes, someone came up to me and told me (like I should have already known) that they don’t use that shelf and I had to tell the cashier I was here. PLEASE, if management does nothing else, get rid of that shelf, or put a sign on it that says “Let us know you’re here for an online order”. I would have had a 5-star experience if that was clearly communicated.
