Just moved to the area a few years ago I have tried this KFC a minimum of 3 days . Never fails that something is missing from the order or the order is wrong. It’s one lady that works the window, so rude .. if she is at the window … we just go in. Very frustrating when you are treating your family to a meal. Taking a break from cooking , only to run back because someone forgot to put it in the bag. Not to mention we have a large family we mostly purchasing the 16 pc meal. We have been shortage chicken, biscuits - that was another wait until they baked more- or get the wrong side. All the while the food is getting cold. KFC please do better!!! Please

The food we RECEIVED was good. BUT, they did not give me the chicken pot pie or the extra thigh that I ordered and paid. I called KFC and explained THEIR mistake and asked them to deliver the missing food. I was told NO, not very politely. With all of the food delivery services available, I did not believe that was an unreasonable request. They should PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES!!! Instead, I didn't have supper!A loyal patron of over 50 YEARS

This is one of the worst fast food joints in hermitage, always slow always rude. The staff clearly don't want to work. So perhaps the management should take the hint.

Worst service ever rude confrontational telling petiole they don’t have food at 8 o’clock cause their too lazy to cook have no idea why a restaurant owner would allow any employee to work for them who treats people the way these people treat customers. It’s disgusting. If I were you I’d go anywhere but

It's kind of sad to see so much neglect of the property. Weeds 3 ft tall line the drive thru. Doesn't look like grass has been cut in a while. Have a little pride. Yes we DO notice. This sort of thing says more about the owners than anyone else. Do better, or don't but it just shows how little you care about your business.

I called to make sure they had pot pies and the fellow told me there were only five left so I went ahead and ordered two online and showed up in the drive-through. Before I could hardly get out my words that I was picking up for so-and-so, he said pull to the front please. When I finally got to the front, he tried to hand me the wrong order and then told me there were no more pot pies left and I told him I had already paid and another guy came up and he said well you have to tell us the name! (Pretty Smart Assy) little did he know I had already over the intercom But they were so rude they were not listening to me….

The service was absolutely terrible. The order taker sounded annoyed, and the person who brought the food didn't even speak. We weren't even sure we had our food. She came back and glared and still didn't say a word.

I was in the drive through and after I got done telling them my order I got called (a stupid a** little boy and don't know what I want) bc I said one second let me look at the menu. I do want them fired or talked to asap.
Beware, bought pot pies from here and both had bones in them. Friend almost choked on this! Called KFC corporate on Sunday 6/4/23 ad of today not one word from KFC ad to why bones were in these pot pies I bought on Saturday 6/3/23. Guess they could care less until someone chokes and dies!

I just moved to the area and this was my first time at this location. If I could give it a -5 I would. The service was TERRIBLE! The young girl at the window and whoever was working inside with her were the rudest ever! The food was no better. The nuggets were over cooked and the chicken was awful! This will be my FIRST and LAST visit to this location. DO NOT waste your time!

My food was very tasty hot and fresh but the drive-through customer service was absolutely horrible she was very rushy and rude she kept cutting me off asking me is that it is that it instead of letting me complete my order i would have like to order more but I just cut my order short as she was acting as if I was disrupting her day

Rude people here! Thank God Popeyes is opening down the street. I wish there was a 1-800 number these employees need to be terminated or either that shut the KFC down!!
