With 2 cars ahead of me the wait time was too long. Staff attitude not welcoming. Chicken cooked well but salty. Asked for 2 Coleslaw, received one, no fries or mashed potatoe.. this is 8:30 at night. First and last time ordering from this store.

Asked about employment..Was told " not hiring" but saw on Indeed app that the store was currently "hiring"!!! Poor management..store needs cleaning!!! Female manager was extremely rude!! Never will visit this store again to spend my money!!!

Employee was eating on the front line when i walked in. Was gumming his food and smacking while he was taking my order. Got my food only to discover it wasn't done. He argued about how that is the way it's supposed to look. I requested a refund and he really had an attitude after that. The other employees were just walking around doing nothing

March 20 2024 7:10 pm l when KfC to order my dinner l waited a long time the manager fixed 3 people order that came behind me instead of fixing my order first. When l got my food l pull out my first piece of chickenbegan to start eating and start feeling bad plus it smell bad now l know why she stop the young woman not to fixed my order .they were containing my food every thing came together how they were acting. Ordered online while i was inside to get the promotion nuggts deal .. after i placed order gave me estimate 5 mins waited 15 mins inside and see people in and out and ordering and still waiting .. i asked then then she went on device and said i will prepare it now i was like whattt ? Then took another 10 mins and i got very dry skinny tenders with brown color and very cold and ruberry .. and my order still missing item and after that they fixed the messed item and was very poor ingredients.. and i asked for my promotion nuggts which was in my bag on check out but after arguing seems they removed it after you paying .. the cashier told me you not the first one nobody got that deal they lying about promotion .. never again KFC I JUST THREW MY MONEY AND TRASHED THE FOOD
