The men's bathroom was one of the most disgusting bathrooms I have been in.

Bathroom not clean, chicken pieces were short & manager didn't care to resolve it, manager was rude to another customer, employee came out of bathroom without washing hands.
This had to be the worse experience of my adult life from a restaurant. I place an order at 9:15 on a Friday night. The store hours are until 12am. I have plenty of time right? He’ll naw. The employees are walking around ignoring car after car in the drive thru line. I have already paid and they are refusing me a refund. I call customer service and they jot my story down and give reference number and a promise that corporate may call me. Super disappointed in all this. It’s just wow!! The audacity of people! My advice.. don’t ever go here.

This is literally the worst kfc in the city. There is a leak in the ceiling in the lobby that has been there for months. If you order online here they will frequently forgot or just blatantly not put items in your order. Literally had the older black gentleman tell me that I didn’t order something that was on my receipt that they didn’t put in my bag. And the food is always a soggy and old mess will never eat here after my last experience

I Went to KFC For the Chicken Sandwich and waited 40mins before They announced that they were out of Buns, so no Sandwich available. Didn't announce it earlier and No Apologies, stated We could Cancel the Order, but I had Also ordered the Honey BBQ Drumstick, which was not Good, gave Us Chicken Tenders, which My Dog would not even Eat

Review for KFC — Complete Disappointment (3rd Time!)
This is the third time I’ve visited this KFC, and every single time the staff has been rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. It honestly feels like you’re bothering them by simply placing an order — as if doing their job was some kind of punishment.
No smiles, no manners, no effort to make customers feel welcome. If your employees hate working with the public so much, then maybe it’s time they move on and let someone who actually cares take the job. People come here to eat, not to deal with bad attitudes.
And to the manager or whoever trains these employees — clearly, there’s a serious problem with customer service standards. This isn’t a one-time issue; it’s a pattern. If this is the kind of energy your team keeps showing, don’t be surprised when customers start walking straight to your competitors.
Unacceptable. Unfriendly. Unprofessional.
I’ve given this location more than enough chances — three, to be exact — and it keeps proving that respect and courtesy aren’t part of the menu here.
