With 2 cars ahead of me the wait time was too long. Staff attitude not welcoming. Chicken cooked well but salty. Asked for 2 Coleslaw, received one, no fries or mashed potatoe.. this is 8:30 at night. First and last time ordering from this store.

Worse KFC ever!! Chicken was old,manager was very rude!! Drink area was a disaster..nobody cleans in this store!! Asked about employment..Was told " not hiring" but saw on Indeed app that the store was currently "hiring"!!! Poor management..store needs cleaning!!! Female manager was extremely rude!! Never will visit this store again to spend my money!!!

Employee was eating on the front line when i walked in. Was gumming his food and smacking while he was taking my order. Got my food only to discover it wasn't done. He argued about how that is the way it's supposed to look. I requested a refund and he really had an attitude after that. The other employees were just walking around doing nothing

I went to go order a bucket of chicken and biscuits and they were nearly completely out of chicken and had no biscuits ready. It's KFC. This is the company's bread and butter. Better planning is important.
