Absolutely rude employees. The dining room was closed, and the drive-thru was the only option. The girl at the window and taking orders was very unpleasant. Her attitude really made my blood boil. I'm sick of all these disrespectful kids these days!

Was in the area around 5:00 pm and my son saw the sign: the empty parking lot was my first clue, but my son had his heart set on it, so I kept my fingers crossed. Walked to the front door: locked. The lights were on but no one was home: no sign posted indicating that they closed early. I understand things happen, but, from a store manager perspective, take a moment to draft a brief letter to your customers and post it at the door and drive thru. Common courtesy can go a long way towards bringing people back.

Terrible the African-AmericanManager going to be really disrespectful saying when we was in the drive through looking for what we wanted he’s going to say were wasting his time and I’m a customer. Makes me feel unwanted and my service didn’t matter and he gave me a Pepsi, that was flat didn’t communicate with me telling me the ice machine was broke. Me is pull around no one should feel the way I just did by trying to get food. I will never come back here again till someone can get a manager that’s respectful! I think he was on drugs as well he couldn’t stay still and kept itching his body, even one of the employees had to tell us he was sorry for how he treated us

Came in to get some wings that were on sale. It was 230 in the afternoon. Was told by the manager that they didn't have any ready and she would have to wait for the grease to heat and then go and get some cooked... was going to take too long. Couldn't make any! The worst service I have ever seen. Did not care. Won't be back ever! Never remember KFC service being so bad.

I went thru the drive thru 40 min before they closed and everything I tried to order they didn’t have I don’t know why they were even opened if it was lunch time and you wanted fries and strips and they were out they would say it will be 5 min to pull up and wait but I guess when they don’t wanna work they just say they don’t have anything

Immediately the lady at the drive through made it very clear she hates being there, just in her tone alone. I was rushed ordering 2 meals (and I knew what I was ordering) was never asked anything about them other than one if I wanted crispy or reg and I said crispy and she asked again what I said before telling me "window" and then again at the window I said crispy...can you guess...received regular and no breading on it just laying in the box, slipped off dry but wet ( no idea how that works) chicken. I also ordered the nuggets...inedible hard dry chewy. Threw it all out and having to spend another 25+ somewhere else for fam dinner. Thanks! The last time we ate here was few days before the old employees beat the hell out of an elderly customer. We decided to never go back then but you lured us in with the nuggets. The picture is false advertisement as the nuggets are nothing but Chick-fil-A from down the street but inedible version.
