Enjoyed dinner here on a brief visit to Nashville. I believe the name of the place has changed to Thai Phuket (or something like that). Had the pineapple curry; others in my party had the pho and the garlic stir fry, all very tasty. Service was very attentive, atmosphere cute. Definitely recommend!

Oh no!!!!!! King Siam is gone! It's now a new Thai restaurant: Thai Phooket. They have big shoes to fill - King Siam was so delicious . Stopped in for a menu- see attached. Once we come to eat here, we will review.

Sad to see them go. Just discovered this place about a month ago and it immediately became my favorite Thai place in Nashville. Arrived there today and the doors were locked with a note they were closing and a different Thai place will open in a few days. Hope it's as good as King Siam.

Walked into an empty restaurant on Saturday evening to be told there are new owners and the kitchen is getting cleaned and will be closed until Monday. We are here from out of town and found this place on Yelp, I checked days open and hours.

The fried rice is delicious, and I love how spicy it is. The pho is really good, and the spicy chicken noodle soup is amazing.

Great Thai place. I was looking for a quick dinner option and this place did not disappoint, the people were so kind and attentive, the food was phenomenal and the interior is cute and cozy inside. If you’re looking for a great staple Thai place this is it!

Great restaurant! The drunken noodles were delicious and the egg rolls scrumptious. The pad thai had an odd tomato paste base. Great service, extremely friendly owner.Vegetarian options: Tofu

My friends and I couldn't wait to get here after a week of snow and ice kept us off the roads. The staff was very friendly, and answered all our questions about the menu. I ordered the chicken egg rolls and Tom Yum soup with chicken at a level 3 heat (they have a scale from 1-5). Everything was delicious and full of flavor. Friends ordered their meals at a level 4 and 5 for spice, the staff brought out a plate with containers of chili oil to spice up the dishes. Overall a great meal, looking forward to coming back.

My husband ordered a cashew dish that was outstanding. The Panang Curry I had was cooked differently than other Panangs I have had, but it still has a lot of flavor and was good. We loved the vegetable fried spring rolls. We might be back when we are in town again.

Give it a try! I started visiting King Siam Thai Cuisine in the fall of 2023 with my daughter and brother. The location is walking distance from my daughters apartment and the reviews were positive - so what did we have to loose? THIS IS A WINNER folks! A solid 4 for food and a SOLID 5 for service. This family owned operation demonstrates a we'll take care of you approach. The father (Noi) and daughters are unassuming yet welcoming and responsive to tweaks to a dish. I live in Williamson County and am in Nashville at least once a week...I look forward to dinning in or getting take out. King Siam packages the to go orders so they are still warm and ready to eat when I get home. So far, we have enjoyed the: * Thai Tea - sweet & flavorful * Egg Rolls - crisp and tasty * Chicken Pot Stickers - outstanding * Crab Wonton - very good * Curries (Red, Green, Panang) - love the Panang, we did not notice much difference between the Red and Green curries (other than color) * Pad Thai - very good, reliable ** Drunken Thai Fried Rice - Chicken and extra vegetables - (my regular go to). Spice levels are offered on a 1 - 5 scale. I typically get the 3 and request chili oil if I feel I want to take it up a notch. The spice scale seems about right, I can taste some real heat at 3. My wife claims she can feel the heat at 2 so she goes with 1. My daughter likes to experiment - she often goes with 4 but has commented that the heat level varies from order to order.

This was more of a 3.5 stars, came for dinner. + great service but it also wasn't very busy. It's family owned/run + got the tom Kha soup and Malaysian noodles. Noodles came out more like pad Thai style, diff than I think the picture but they were good and spicy! So if you get medium spice, you will actually taste the spice lol + food came out fast + egg rolls were fresh and hot, def get those to share. - my soup wasn't really what I was expecting. Was a very white broth (most places I've had this have more of an orange broth so more flavor), chicken was very tender but also very white, the texture felt a bit weird but again this is my opinion, mushrooms also felt undercooked. It did the job of soothing my sore throat but didn't fully hit the spot for me (was maybe looking for a stronger lemon grass flavor and should've gone with Tom yum) This is all based on my experience and my order and I think their other dishes minus the soup appetizer are prob way better so I would still recommend supporting this small business!
