All the kitchen help are wearing gloves except the one gentleman it's working with the greens meaning salad items then touching refrigerated door and now touching everybody's credit card and the now man ing the money machine area taking orders what the hell. Hope it's good

Over rated and Cobb salad was nothing but lettuce and a couple of pieces of chicken. I say no.

Hidden gem that I will go to every time I’m in Nashville! Everything is made to order, right in front of you. Fresh and delicious food, I had the Cobb salad and a bloody mary. (Made with a homemade mix). Couldn’t have been better. The staff is perfection. So welcoming and such a welcome change from all the tourist traps filling the city. Can’t recommend more!

Awful place and disgusting food. I’m from Miami, they should be ashamed of labeling anything Cuban at this place.EDIT: I have no idea what you’re talking about, I’m assuming it’s your best attempt at saving yourself from a very worthy bad review. But pls hold on selling any coffee, we the people, don’t need you to butcher that as you did with your take on an unauthentic Cuban sandwich. It was so bad that my sister took photos, which now I shall attach to this review soon.

The brisket is to die for. Great staff and ambience. An exceptional experience I would return for.

It looks like a small hole in the wall, but this lunch spot is to die for. They make everything fresh, so don't get in too late or you might miss their soup de jour. I stop by at least once a week because I can't get enough. The staff is friendly, the place clean, and the food delicious. Make sure to stop by for some mouthwatering pulled pork between two toasted buns, a herb seared chicken sandwich that tastes like they flew it from the Tuscan valley itself, the Latin dip so juicy you won't need the jus, or the chicken pot pie that I swear my mother made herself.

It was a SUPER nice experience. Arrived randomly to find a local place for a quick lunch and was not disappointed. I had the Latin brisket sandwich and wife had the Cesar Salad and both were excellent. I asked, Nick, the one taking order for a local bourbon and he recommended Ownby and it went perfect. I really recommend the place.

The food was fantastic, and there were no issues with that. In fact I thought it was perfect. My issue was with one of the workers. He kept hitting on one of my friends throughout the entirety of our meal, and she was left feeling incredibly uncomfortable by the experience. This might have been a place I considered returning, but the experience left a bad taste.Edit: Also the owner isn’t too good at taking criticism

Was looking for a place for a quick lunch close to my hotel. They recommended the pulled pork & it was great. The bun was toasted perfectly & the flavor so good. Didn't have tons of the slaw or white BBQ sauce on the sandwich, but it tasted great!

Spicy notes, flavor bursting everywhere, a nice vibe with music & tucked away enough to be seen, but also just a step away from the scene. I was on my way to Broadway, but 2 ladies dressed in a stellar way pointing me in that direction suggested I stop at Arcade Alley...you could smell goodness brewing as soon as you walked up. I started to try the Tuscan Chickpea & Bacon soup, but I didn't want to backslide so I had the Vermont .... I've had "cheese" sandwiches before, this one made you wanna throw your hands up while slapping yo mamma in the process (you know, in an effort to give thanks and all). Every ingredient had a say so & before I knew it, that sandwich was gone. You need to stop by there and get you a little taste pimento paradise honey! I almost forgot to compliment the music...don't put your feet up...no matter how comfortable you may feel. If you do, you did not here about this joint from me...and you can pay with a card, but take some cash because you're gonna want to leave a tip! It also disappeared before I could get a pic, so I tried to write the thousand words in this review

I ordered the hash. It was delicious and came out very quickly. The only downside to this place is the lack of restroom. If you need to visit the facilities, you need to ask for a key, exit the building, walk down a long exterior corridor past construction crews, and visit a restroom shared by multiple businesses. I can't imagine coming here alone or with a child that would need any kind of supervision. How would you make sure someone wouldn't bus your table or screw with your food? Also iltheres only one key, so you have to wait for someone to come back from an LOTR-esque journey before being able to set out on your own.

Cute place with food made to order! Our group had the egg sandwich and the hash broth plate. Very nice staff!

2nd time here - and it was just as delicious and quick as yesterday. Yesterday I tried their Latin Dip sandwich (stuffed full of perfectly tender brisket) with their tomatoe basil soup. Today I tried their grilled cheese and blackeyed pea & ham soup. Both meals - I had my food brought to the table in just under 6 minutes - just what you want for a quick lunch break meal. Will definitely be back for lunch for the rest of my stay here in Nashville!

This is a phenomenal lunch counter! I've tried the Latin press, the sloppy bro, and the Turkey club, and they were all top notch. The bread was fresh and pressed to perfection, and the meats were flavorful and prime. The chefs here all know their stuff, and always making sitting at the counter an enjoyable experience!
