Our waitress was slow and would disappear at the most random times. The ham egg sandwich was extremely salty which made it impossible to eat. I hate that they are now charging for valet when you are eating at the restaurant. It didn't used to be this way and now hinders how much I will tip the valet.
First time dinning at kitchen notes and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and had a nice selection to choose from, the atmosphere was nice and friendly. Our waitress Ms. Rasha was AMAZING. Very attentive, knowledgeable and was able to accommodate any requests that we may have had. I will definitely come again.
The service is 2nd to none. Not rushed at all and I cannot wait to return. The food has a lot of taste as well.
The food was good and the service was excellent. The buffet price was high for what was offered- ordering from the menu was a better option.
I would have expected a wider variety of foods for a brunch especially at those prices. We basically spent $36 for bacon and eggs. I was really disappointed and not be coming back.
Made a reservation here as we were walking over from the gulch. The hotel and restaurant are beautiful. The servers were friendly and made great recommendations. For a Saturday morning, it wasn't super busy, so the server was very attentive to our drinks. My mom and I got the breakfast buffet, and everything we had was genuinely SO flavorful and seasoned to perfection. I had an everything biscuit with gravy, cookies and cream biscuit, bacon, cheesy grits, and a piece of coffee cake. I tried some of my sister's fries and a bite of her burger. Everything was delicious and it was so much quicker, easier, quieter and more enjoyable than waiting 90-100 minutes for a table at a busy spot in the gulch
Buffet was incredibly expensive for what you got, I suggest ordering off the menu if you go. My daughter needed gluten free pancakes which they were more than happy to accommodate. Unfortunately they were so terrible and after I tried them I told her not to eat them.
I looked for a Sunday brunch and found Kitchen Notes. I had high expectations after having stayed at the Omni a few times. The staff area always exceptional and my stays have been great. Unfortunately the brunch fell short of the standards of the rest of the hotel. It was $36 which isn't outrageous but if you want an omelette you have to order it at the table and it's an additional $6. There are a few other items like waffles that must be ordered at the table also but they are included in the buffet. Now for the rest of the buffet, it's good but basic. The biscuit bar is nice but not enough to carry the rest of the meal. All in it's a good meal but not great. Sorry guys but I still love to stay at your hotel.

We had a special occasion 4-top reservation and were seated ALONE in the over-flow seating. I asked the host if we could be moved to the primary dining area, and were told no. However, the 4-top right after us had the same request and were accommodated. I understand the need for over-flow seating, but I feel like were were penalized for having a reservation.
Their nashville hot chicken sandwich is bland and flavorless. A coke costs $6. Service was great though.

I was in Nashville for three days and I had breakfast here three times! They have great gluten free selection.
Such a cute little spot located inside the Omni hotel. I got the shortcakes without lemon curd (due to food allergy) and adding of maple blueberry sausage patty. The shortcakes were very good with hints of vanilla paired with TN honey it was amazing. The maple sausage was not very good, it has no traditional sage sausage taste and it did not taste like blueberries or maple. My server was very sweet and took it off my bill. I will definitely be back again.

Service was good, food not so much. Potatoes were very bland, hot chicken very greasy with not great flavor, and the country gravy was more like a soup with flavors you wouldn't expect. Biscuits were good though.

Enjoyed the Sunday brunch! Such a cute restaurant and the homemade biscuits were delish. Our server, Rasha, made the experience memorable. She encouraged us to take advantage of the made-to-order items that were part of the brunch, was thoughtful, friendly, and even came up with the idea of surprising the dads in our group with a Father’s Day toast 🥂. Thank you, Rasha!
