Over priced for what the offer on the buffet the pancakes looked like cornbread! Never going back!
Came here for Mother's Day. It was all A+, like every year. Just went again for Father's Day. It was C-, opposite of Mother's Day. Disappointing gender disparity on importance. Omni should take note!
We didn't know there would be construction going on and it was very loud. I was looking forward to the Biscuit bar, but three biscuit choices does not a biscuit bar make in my mind. As a local, i honestly don't think it's worth going back. Our server was great, so there's that.
Bacon? Incredible. I would have paid that price just for 3 plates of bacon. Luckily I'm keenly aware of my heart disease!
Had really high hopes and was really looking forward to coming back to kitchen notes for an early Mother's Day brunch. However, I ended brunch with apologizing to my wife for the poor experience. The food was average at best. It's definitely gone downhill over the years. We ordered Bloody Mary's and they were just terrible. We had to send them back after we tried to mix them further. Our server was fine but was very forgetful and did not prioritize his tables evenly. The buffet chafers were not maintained with fresh food and they looked dated. The value in our experience today was just not there. A lot would have to change for us to think about coming back. We saw several managers on the floor but they never came by to our table for standard table checks which was disappointing for not a very busy floor.
We had such a wonderful experience! We had an early flight from Boston to Nashville and came for brunch. My dad and I had the buffet which was definitely worth the $36 and the restaurant was also able to accommodate my mom who has celiac. Would recommend this place 100%
Food was great. Service was fine for a buffet. Didn't appreciate a 20% service charge automatic for a “large party”. My “large party” was 4.!!??
Everything was great! Nice options for all tastes and they do a buffet very well. Gluten free and vegetarian options were appreciated by our group! Thank you
I love the decor in Kitchen Notes! It was a great place to have a working lunch during the conference I attended nearby. Our server was wonderful and we really enjoyed everything!
Love eating at KK! It has been consistent! The staff are very present and the food tastes amazing.

We were pleasantly surprised at this beautiful venue inside the Omni hotel. Most hotel breakfast establishments are rather cold and industrial. This restaurant is bright , warm , and cozy feeling . We had waffles and pancakes with a side of bacon , all were delicious. We actually ate here twice during our visit on business, and on both occasions had wonderful servers . The food came out quickly. They were pleasant and engaged in just the right amount of conversation. We highly recommend for breakfast if you're at the hotel.
Our favorite breakfast and lunch spot in downtown Nashville. Incredibly accommodating for gluten allergies.
I came last minute with a party of 6 including 2 kids. The service was exceptional and the food amazing. Don't hesitate on coming here.
We enjoyed great southern food on our trip to Nashville thanks to Kitchen Notes. Our waitress Andrea was perfect - friendly and attentive!
Amazing gluten free options. Biscuits and gravy was amazing! Like the booth tables. Definitely will come back when in town!
