The cashier reeked of alcohol, also very rude . After waiting over 15 mins i finally got the tiniest tacos ever. Not worth $18 at all ! Do not go here , staff is beyond rude and food is disgustingly nasty.

Can’t speak to food, only coffee — Fair prices on coffee. Staff was friendly. Good experience!

I loved the cheese sauce, and the person in the front was very nice and helpful on the food and the airport.

Bad experience. Be leary of this place. Ordered sausage, egg breakfast bowl. Tasted awful and I ended up with FOOD POISONING. Had bad stomach cramps, vomiting and many, many bathroom breaks my entire 5 hr flight to Seattle and another 2 hrs to SFO. Worst case of food poisoning ever. This place needs health department involved. I pray no one else got sick. 12/21/25. Do not recommend this place. Over priced for 7 hours of hell. Service was chaotic as well.

This is a review ONLY for coffee. Seems like people have mixed experience with food.
I am, unfortunately, a huge coffee snob. Which makes airports really hard for me because I would rather drink gas station coffee more than most airport coffee. So I’m here to tell you that the Kitty Hawk coffee was surprisingly good! Not the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had, but for sure the best airport coffee I’ve ever had.
The lady behind the counter was super sweet too, and even pointed me the right direction for where to fill up my water bottle. Also the space was really cute! actually had some personality, unlike most airport fare.
-got a Cubano, which is a latte with some sweetened condensed milk in it.

If you’re looking for breakfast at BNA, keep on walking to somewhere better. The bacon, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich is served on a cheap hamburger bun for $15. It’s embarrassing. I didn’t have anything near gourmet expectations for airport food but this was just bad.

Ridiculously overpriced, my wife and I spent over $50 dollars on two sandwiches, a coffee, and a water. Mediocre food and coffee. Took forever to get our order.

Ham, cheese and egg croissant, was really a cheap burger bun. Egg was a square mystery, cheese was of the lowest quality, ham was thin and just ok. Asked to have Mayo on the side, nope just dumped on the bottom of the sandwich. Pass this place!!

Ordered a regular coffee and 2 caramel cappuccino. Watched 4 other customers get their coffee before us. The cappuccino were supposed to be 12 Oz. I ordered 2 to put I'm my 24oz cup and only got 12oz of cappuccino in total. Total cost for 10 minutes to make a coffee and 12 Oz of caramel cappuccino $22. Makes me wish I hadn't of tipped them. One person taking orders and making coffee 4 others not making coffee.
Not a fan do not recommend. Doughnut shop or Starbucks is a far better choice.

I had an extremely upsetting and humiliating experience at this location. The manager on duty took pictures of me without consent and called security when I questioned why. I came in wearing my work badge, asked about a frozen espresso martini, and was ignored by the two cashiers for about a minute while they talked. When I finally placed my order, they asked if I worked at the airport and said they couldn’t serve me because of my badge. I explained I worked for an airline, not the airport, but they told me to leave, remove my badge, and return without it while they checked with their manager.
When I came back without my badge, the manager refused service, saying I shouldn’t have entered with my badge in the first place. As I was leaving, he took a picture of me. When I asked why, he said it was so staff would know not to serve me and that it was “a public place.” He then called security and described me specifically as “an African American female,” which felt racially motivated. Security found no issue, but the manager also told me I could be watched on their cameras while waiting.
This entire encounter was unprofessional, degrading, and discriminatory. I felt targeted and deeply uncomfortable. I will not be returning.
