The food 10/10. However, as I write this I dont feel valued as a customer. I came in and got sat and a couple came right behind me and got approached first, got their drinks first, and got their food first. It was like 3 different servers that came over to my table and only one was polite. The other two women were rude and I felt rushed while she was taking my order. This is my first time here and will be my last. This is the first time I’ve ever felt profiled at a restaurant.

Sushi was great! My Genreal Toas Chicken was mushy and not crispy. I specifically asked before ordering if the food would be crispy and I was told, yes. Thr fried rice was horrible. It was a light grey with no flavor. Sushi is the only thing I would get from here and their ginger salad. Sake was good!

Not a fan at all. A friend mentioned going to this place and said it was good so I asked her what to order. Whatever I got was not definitely not worth what I paid and the food was limited quantity and quality. Unfortunately I would not order from here again

Super yummy little spot! There were so many sushi options they had to give us a gallery to scroll through on an iPad! I loved the rainbow roll and caterpillar. I’ll totally be coming back for more.

One of the best Thai places in Nashville
Kinda a overwhelming selection of sushi via iPad, wish for a printed copy instead
The fried rice was literally gross and flavorless. Rice was extremely mushy.
Booth was dirty, walls were dirty and I kept having a feeling that something was going to crawl on me
Staff had no clue what was going on.
May as well just go to a buffet
Food is always delicious, service is great, and the lunch menu is an incredible value if you make it in before 3

Overpriced. Order a dinner portion entree was charged almost $18 and realized I was not given any of the items that come with the entree. I paid $18 for what looks to me like a lunch/ala carte portion. I called in to order for pick up and the person over the phone did not let me know there was more to my entree. Very disappointed and deceived by this restaurant. I’ve had better at a better price point.

Health Inspection Score = 64.
Date of inspection: Jan. 23.
Examples of violations: Employee was preparing sushi-grade salmon in the three-compartment sink with no gloves on; person in charge did not wash hands with soap before cooking food; employee prepared raw fish on a table in the dish area after only using a wet wiping cloth to clean the table; live cockroaches throughout the establishment and on sticky traps.
I had been under the impression that Koi was overpriced so for years I didn't go....until recently. The food is great, prices are great in comparison with other similar restaurants. I got lunch portion Green Curry with Chicken, choice of soup or salad and a spring roll for around $12....

Tonight is the last time I will ever eat or patronize Koi sushi and Thai. I ordered a Goyza and a cup of soup to go. I get home, and I take my first bite into the goyza and there’s a huge piece of bone that I crunched down on and crack my tooth on. Upon calling the restaurant to express concern with this, Sake, the manager, is rude and unhelpful and unapologetic. Her only response is, “well we don’t make the Goyza, that’s all premade and we buy it from a third-party company, so I don’t know what you really want me to do. I’ll look to refund your money and see if I can do that.” Know that they are not making their food fresh, and as such, there’s no telling what is in it. It is fair to say that the managerial staff does not stand by the quality of their food and have any kind of consideration for their customers.
