Food is incredible!! Service is great! We tried the hamachi, crispy tuna, and salmon - all excellent. Salmon was our fave. We also ordered dumplings, truffle Mac n cheese and kimchi risotto. The kimchi risotto is a must try! Drinks were great too. Will be back!

Absolutely delish! Stumbled upon this on the map and I’m so glad I did! Came here for my last night in Nashville. Everything was excellent - ribs were out of the world, amazing cocktails, udon was spectacular - the list goes on! Will definitely be back

We tried the Sticky Ribs, Kalbi Dumplings, K-pop Chicken, and Truffle Mac & Cheese. The Sticky Ribs were the standout dish — absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The K-pop Chicken had a perfect balance of sweet and spicy, and I was pleased that I could handle the spice, even as someone who’s usually sensitive to heat. The Truffle Mac & Cheese was incredibly creamy and dense, and you’d never guess it was vegan. It was served piping hot and had an amazing texture - started eating it before I got a picture! lol
The only item I wasn’t blown away by was the Kalbi Dumplings. As a self-proclaimed dumpling snob, I felt the dough was a bit too thick, throwing off the filling-to-dough ratio. They also weren't as hot as the other dishes when served, which was a bit disappointing.
For drinks, we tried one of the Capri Moon options. I found it wasn’t really to my taste, but I think that’s more due to the Soju base, which I had never had before.
⭐️ Service was great overall, though we had a short wait for a table despite having a reservation. It wasn’t a big deal, as we were seated quickly.
⭐️ All in all, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely go back to try more of the menu!

Parking: It is a very small parking lot, but we were able to get a spot as someone was leaving! There's street parking nearby as well.

I…. Don’t even know where to start. My fiance and I went to kore for our anniversary dinner and sat at the bar. Over the years I’ve lowered my expectations for restaurants in Nashville because it’s a lot of copy paste. Kore is a true gem and is the perfect unique neighborhood restaurant. I’m obsesseddddd. Drinks and food were all 10/10 and service was unmatched!!! Sabrina, shadow Tim, and London made me want to be their absolute besties. London took time out of her busy night to make us feel so welcome and made it obvious how much she cared about being a part of the neighborhood. It was clear everyone working was excited to be there. Literally not one complaint about anything. PLENTY of free parking and food options and drink options for everyone and everyone. We will be back very soon!!!

Can I just say wow, from the moment we parked (wow so much parking, screw you trevor previous comment) we were invited into a beautiful restaurant with a cosy and cool atmosphere. We sat at the bar because we’re bar people and were greated by the friendly bartenders Sabrina and Shadow Tim they immediately hooked us up with some bomb drinks and walked us thru the menu. Sticky ribs and the Crispy Tuna dishes stood out the most to us, but everything we ordered was delicious! A little while later the gm London came by to check in on our experience and omg what a doll, so sweet and amazing. Over all 5 stars just isn’t enough. We will be back and you’ll see us at the bar! I flew into town for a few days and decided to meet a few old friends here for dinner tonight. The vibe is dark and some of us had to break out the phone lights to see the menu. Koré (presumably for "Korea") is an Asian tapas-style restaurant so the 6 of us ordered 10 different plates to share. Most of the dishes featured Korean classics like kalbi, KFC (Korean Fried Chicken), and gochujang. Although, there was a good overall flavor profile we felt like most of the foods were too salty. Definitely way too much soy sauce. One comment everyone seemed to utter was that they wished they had some rice to cleanse their palates. I 100% agree. I do think that everything was beautifully cooked, though. Especially, the octopus. They forgot one of our dishes but got it out quickly when we reminded them. We probably would have ordered more if not for the saltiness and lack of entremets to break it up.
My only major personal complaint is the noise level. These are friends I hadn't seen in years so we were planning on catching up but it was near impossible to hear each other over the other conversations and clatter. There's plenty of street parking but it's kind of a challenge when everyone in the area is busy.

Our whole office came in to try Kore last night, and loved the whole experience! The menu is super creative, with incredible favors. Some of our top favorite dishes were the mi cucumber salad, the truffle mac and cheese, and spicy tuna dish. Travis and Amelia took excellent care of us, going above and beyond. Amelia even covered desserts for our team - both the basque cheesecake, and the caramelato were unreal!
Dietary restrictions: There are several dairy free options available, and a few gluten free/gluten friendly.
Wow 12/10 so good! Best addition to East Nashville yet. Chef Yun kills it with the dishes and the service was 15/10. Everyone was so nice from the GM to our server. Highly recommend going. We live in East and can’t wait to come back.

Sabrina was both our waiter and bartender. Excellent cocktails, the Blueberry Blossom, my 3 companions, had this one, and I really enjoyed it. If you like sweet, this was good. I chose a lemony ginger spicy drink. We ordered 80 percent of the menu. The GM (London) stopped by our table, as did Tasha and the Owner Yuen. The busman was awesome, anticipating our need to change out plates, napkins, and wet wipes for sticky ribs. Challenge yourself to try everything. It was all so good. Wednesday is martini night. Thursdays are bourbon and wines, I think. Kids can come. I recommend a food crawl. Jennis ice cream and daughters is close by. The open table app made making reservations easy. Definitely make reservations. There is a first location in Franklin. Parking was fine. There is also outside seating. Enjoy!
