We were in town for an annual meeting ad our group wanted to get away from Broadway and bar food. This turned out to be an absolute GEM! For a Wednesday night, the restaurant was busy. It seemed to be a local favorite and it did not disappoint. The menu was eclectic without being to eccentric. A little twist of pan Asian flare. Went to dinner with my daughter and enjoyed everything about the experience. We tried the cucumbers, broccolini, mushrooms, short ribs, steak, glass noodles, and scallops. Everything was fantastic. The ribs were so tender and flavorful and the scallops were perfect. Beyond the food, the restaurant had a great vibe, energy but not so loud that you couldn't converse, and the staff and service were outstanding. Highly recommend!

My wife and I decided to try Koré as it's been on our East Nashville bucket list for some time now. I'll say we were very pleased, so please in fact Koré has been added to our very short list of what we refer to as (would eat here again and agains)!
