As much as we love KK, it's disappointing to buy an assorted dozen that are supposed to be fresh but by mid-afternoon they taste and looking like they're a day or two old, seriously. Twice in the last month this has happened so apparently it's a way of the business/product. Sad for KK and us... there's not much better than a fresh warm KK doughnut. Unfortunately you won't find those from this place.

I went to Krispy Kreme on 12-31-2022 and ordered two chocolate-covered cream-filled doughnuts and four raspberry-filled glazed doughnuts. The first two were very stale indeed, and the rest were lemon filled instead of raspberry. And BTW the cream inside the first two doughnuts tasted a bit spoiled. What a disappointment!

Johnnie served us and the drive thru lane was the only part open. So the line wrapped around the store. She was so sweet and friendly. We wanted to leave a tip but had no cash. Please pass on our compliments to her. She's a great face to the company and we appreciate her!

Always a delight to indulge in my favorite doughnuts.Really nice, but I clean atmosphere but one awful Jerk of an employee kept telling me and my friend to not block the walkway between the tables so "his" and customers could get through, what where we, Minced Meat.....

Coffee was awful and way too much sweetener and/or hazelnut flavor in the ice coffee. Took forever to even get it. Waste of money on coffee you can't even drink. Donuts places are suppose to have good coffee

This Krispy Kreme location is good, but I don't give donut places 5-stars unless they have hot glazed donuts while open. You may be thinking they have the hot sign. Ok, reasonable. However, there is. Krispy Kreme in Puerto Rico sells hot donuts all day with no "HOT SIGN" needed. Therefore, this Krispy Kreme has the same capability but decided not to.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. We went to the drive thru, no one took our order. We then went inside, there’s a line of about 6 people, and all of the employees were literally ignoring us all. No one spoke to or a acknowledged anyone in the lobby. One woman was just mopping, someone else was making donut boxes… didn’t even look at us. It’s like we weren’t even in the building. Left. I will not be back

Wife and I picked up two donuts today for a snack. My wife took 4 bites from her filled donut, and there was no filling. Only on her last two bites was there just a hint of filling. Same with mine also. Definitely has gone down in quality. Better off going to a gas station.
