I spent over $40 ordering donuts at this location through Uber eats I ordered an assorted dozen and assorted half dozen and a half dozen of original glazed. I never received the half dozen glazed. It was completely missing from my order. out of the full dozen, six donuts were incorrect and all six of those donuts I got charged extra for it because they were filled donuts and cinnamon rolls. And out of the half dozen assorted 4 out of six donuts were incorrect for majority of the incorrect ones They gave me plain glazed donuts, which would be awesome if that’s what I wanted and if they didn’t charge extra for the ones that I ordered. The last time I ordered donuts from here, the order was incorrect as well, so I guess I just didn’t learn my lesson.

At checkout I purchased a dozen glazed and he priced me at $20.20. only after I tapped my card did he let me know they were on sale for $12. When I did get to eat them they tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. I grew up loving Krispy Kreme and this was me trying to get my daughter to experience it. I was so disappointed.

Save yourself the disappointment. The donuts are old every morning until they sell out all the day old donuts. Donuts delivered to the grocery stores are made first thing in the morning then sit in the back all day till the next morning for delivery. Employees seldom wash their hands between touching donuts and tending money. They constantly add more grease and very rarely drain or clean the fryer making allll the donuts. It's been 3 years I'm sad to say since I have eaten what once was my favorite donut. They discontinued maple and things I've seen in the years I've been visiting this location sickens me. Constant shortcuts in standard practices are making low quality product like watered down glaze. All the way up they know and choose to cover it up. Donuts aren't cheap.

Ive never been to a KK and im not disappointed! Word of advice...dont go in hungry or you'll be like me and order 6 donuts and eat them all in one sitting! They were all amazing, but the original glazed is the best. You should definitely try for yourself. In the meantime, Im either going to the gym or a diabetic shock. I haven't decided yet. 😅

You get to see the whole production factory, behind the front counter through a glass wall. We got the limited edition Harry Potter doughnuts, except for the Griffyndor (sold out). It appears a bit rushed in design, but still tasted great regardless. The restaurant was clean, and not busy when we visited. I'd stop by here again for future events at Krispy Kreme!
