Cashier at the drive thru is completely disrespectful, and they dont keep enough cash in their register to do business. What a shame.

I pre ordered a dozen doughnuts on the 18th to pick up Christmas Eve. They were completely sold out and laughed like I should have known. I thought that was the purpose of preordering days in advance, so they can take account of inventory. They laughed and told me to call customer we service for a refund.

It’s says the store doesn’t close until 9pm on Sunday and even on the app it allows you to place orders for pick up after 8pm. Once arriving at the store every one is standing around at 7:58pm saying their closing at 8 and drawers are counted down. Just feel like it should be more Clarification between associates and up order of operations

Don’t waste your time. Pulled in the drive-through at 8:55 December 20 the last Saturday before Christmas fixing to order a couple dozen donuts and get told that they just pulled the drawer and they can’t ring us up so they’re closed but according to the hours the drive-through is open till 10 so I guess that was a waste of trip all the way to Rivergate that will never happen again. Krispy Kreme just lost a customer for sure so unprofessional a bunch of kids running a place I guess. After reading down through the reviews, it looks like this is not a rare occasion that they like to close the doors and say they’re not open a lot. Why don’t you just close the doors for good because you’re not making any money when you have 3 employes on the clock and you’re not selling any donuts and there’s no need to tell me to contact you at a website. If this is actually the owner of the store why don’t you fix the problem ?all the reviews point towards the same problem.

If there was a way to give a negative star for this location I would. Went to get some donuts and the door said open til 9. And they were not open and it was only 7:30 when I got there.

I walked in around 8:02pm and was informed that they were closed. The worker was nice about it. However, I did inform them that all their signs and Google information says that they close at 9:00. The front door also was not locked. There was just a bunch of workers standing around doing nothing. I honestly thought it was being pranked but then I saw that they were turning people away in the drive-thru.
I don't know what's going on at this location but this is just not acceptable.

Highly unprofessional each time I come. Often closing 2 hours early without saying anything on the speaker despite being at the window. My mother also had a senior discount recently but the manager was too lazy to get up and help since only managers can input the discount. Highly dissatisfied, especially being that people are not being granted their discounts due to mangers laziness.

Does not honor corporate coupons tries to make you buy donuts not on your coupon. Super rude guy running the place. It was a black guy asked him his name. He said his name was Jose. You need better managers in the Madison Tennessee location
My pregnant girlfriend had a craving for Krispy Kreme doughnuts so we drove out to get them and arrived at 8:40 and there were people behind the drive thru window on there phones and when I tried to order they said they were closed. After I read other reviews it seems like this isn’t a rare occurrence

There was this dude with glasses when we came in and ask if we could use our report cards to get free donuts because you can do that and this African American with a red shirt ran and asked us what grade we were and and we told him and he said it’s k-5 and he was rude about it to and he didn’t even look at the paper he just looked at our faces and said that but the other guy was nice it was just the dude in the red shirt and he was sassy with it and just mean but not the dude with glasses only the red shirt guy he was rude horrible guy and don’t go there bad service and he was laughing afterwards which was rude

I think 15.00 for 6 creme filled donuts is a bit ridiculous I won't be going back it's a shame things have come to this a childhood place I've always loved and at 61 I won't do it anymore they're driving people away with the prices I hope it's worth it
