Stopped at the Rivergate location three separate times and was told âwe donât have any glazed doughnutsâ before I could even finish asking for them. One of those time was after I had placed the order online and paid in advance.. Staff very unprofessional and unfriendly.
Today I ordered a dozen glazed doughnuts.. No surprise they didnât have any so I ordered assorted doughnut holes instead (up charge for assorted) and was given only powdered. Today is the final attempt to do business at this establishment. I will drive out of my way to avoid them in the future.
Hopefully enough people will do the same and they will resolve the personnel issue that currently exists.

They were really nice to us when we came in and it feels like family over here. Mr. Paul and Mr. Aaron were really nice to us when we walked into the door. The donuts were hot and delicious.

Sign said HOT DOUGHNUTS NOW . SO we went . Ordered 2 dozen glazed and they were NOT hot. They had been sitting for a while. Ordered a lemonade chiller it was okay, also tried to get a frozen coffee drink was told can't make those.

Went at 630pm. Ordered ahead for that pickup time. Went to pick up and all the doors are locked. The lobby was closed even though the sign and Google says the lobby is open. Had to sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes to pickup an order I ordered ahead to avoid that. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering ahead....

Enjoyed our recent visit to Krispy Kreme, Rivergate! The staff were pleasant, and the store was very clean! The donuts were exceptional! (Right off the conveyor/ hot light was on!) Thanks for the great experience!
