Il definitely agree with another reviewer this is the worst Kroger in Nashville except for Charlotte Pike location -- (had a rude)employee experience with floor employee a few months ago ---but this store is a mess from items being in stock to rude, or unfriendly or incompetient workers/ cashiers they act like they don't want your business we are the reason u have a jobli had a friend be spoken to very rudely by a worker before after asking for help- recently -- I also know people who go to other stores out of the way just to avoid this place --like me I use instacart most of the time and the lobby smells like cigarette smoke always, and you never know who will approach you around the lot asking for $$ or someone trying to sell food stamps beware and be safe if shopping there!!!

Disappointing shopping visit and store manager Ross is beyond unprofessional.

I visited this place several times during a trip to Nashville. Every employee I encountered was super nice. They all deserve a raise in my opinion. Thanks for being cool, the world needs that!

Worst Kroger ever. The products are not organized. The employees don’t care about anything.

I was racially profiled by the manager Ross after talking to one of the male employees about a product that I wanted to purchase.

This Pharmacy is terrible. I stood there waiting for 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my existence. 3 people working, no line. Just me and them. Finally after someone ‘helped’ me they tried everything to get me to go away. “It’s gonna be a 4 hour wait” I said I would come back. “Actually we don’t have the med” I asked when they would have it. “We won’t have it till Friday” Which was the next day. I said ok. Before I could ask what time it would be there she said “That’s it we’re done.” Like, what? So rude. I asked what time and she said 2 without looking or checking. She obviously wanted me to go away. Either they are all hateful people or they have terrible jobs. Miserable experience. Avoid this location if at all possible. They suck.

Waited 10 minutes for the deli which said always open but nobody there, and nobody could get someone to help. Would have bought the prepackaged meat/cheese, however there WAS NO PACKAGED DATE !!!!
That should be illegal, I don't care when you want to sell it by, especially the sushi, how. many people is KROGER GETTING SICK WITH OLD FOOD ????!!
Not to mention OVERPRICED BOORS HEAD, they can put that in the opposite direction !!!

My usual mode of grocery shopping is using my bike as my cart. The people at Publix usually compliment me and my bike because it's great for the environment and it's super convenient for me to just go in and out that way.

Anyways, I showed up at Kroger on my bike and was wheeling it in when two police officers told me no bikes inside, so I go outside and notice there are no bike racks at all. I ask where to put it and the guy tells me 'you have a kickstand'. At that point I was pretty fed up with the lack of respect towards cyslists and left. I can't believe the police officer wanted me to just park my bike unlocked with my kickstand outside.

Kroger, please install bike racks or you will have to put up with people bringing bikes inside.

I can't think of too many reasons why it should not be allowed to bring a bike in. It's just as dirty as the shoes on my feet, so that can't be it. It's actually more maneuverable than a shopping cart, so that can't be it. The only possible thing is that it might knock over something, but that's just as likely as a shopping cart in my opinion.

I tend to think that it's classism at play...

Do something about it please, Kroger. Put in bike racks at the very least. By not having parking for bikes and not allowing them in the store, you are basically saying we don't welcome cyclists.
