Today I attended this Kroger with my husband and daughter, my husband was treated in the worst way at the pharmacy, the cashier and supervisor treated him like garbage.
The cashier told him to go to Walmart not to help and although he is 68 years old he is an old man who deserves respect, at the pharmacy he was the worst they have treated us.
Restroom terrible!!!!
This store is just sub-par. They rarely have real cashiers. The self-checkout cage is loaded with problems, requiring constant assistance from employees that would rather not be working there or helping anyone. Produce is hit and miss since Sprouts moved in up the street. Things are expensive there too, as they are everywhere; however, it feels like a discount store to me...with high prices.
Not a fan. I've been coming here for 16 years. They've really never been much more than acceptable. I think we'll default to Sprouts at this point. I'd much rather check out with a human cashier than deal with problematic automation
This store location is a complete joke; and I will 100% be contacting corporate over this too. I drove 40+ minutes to come to this location in order to get a money order. I called in advance to o make sure they were open. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have enough staff and it was closed. I wasted my time and my gas. I also needed to use the restroom, and it was disgusting. Like the women’s hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. Liquid on the floor, toilet paper everywhere, smear stains on toilet seat, trash overflowing, finger prints on mirror, out of papetowels, ect. Highly don’t suggest shopping here. Also looked to be out of several different food items. I suggest hiring new management as they aren’t going a good job managing the store.
Like the staff are always friends
Granted. I am a new instashopper and I get that if I make a mistake, it’s ultimately up to me to correct. But this visit, no one seemed to have any style of actual customer service. With quality customer service, you go above and beyond. Especially when it can potentially help you out. Had their been an adequate customer service spirit, it could have potentially saved workers and myself some time.
Ms.Bette was such a great help to me! Was having a terrible morning and she went out of her way to help me. It really made my day.
They need more cashiers. Wow their prices sure have gone up. I am just visiting the area. Friendly pharmacy staff.
Very dirty store and a roach came out of the self checkout and management was not concerned about it whatsoever
They put offers and when you go to the cashier the offer prices never come out, and whoever goes to check the price takes a lot of time and comes back looking for excuses not to give you the offers
Restaurantji Recommends

Every time I come to this store the customer service is closed.... It's 5:46 pm on a Wednesday evening and according to Google says that customer service is open till ten .. I asked an employee about it being closed and was told that everyone called out today..... they did however have more cashier's working today than usual so.....?
