The Charlotte Avenue location was extremely filthy, dirty, and there was a terrible smell. The door was locked at noon and the employees were rude. The lady who took my order was standing in the drive thru, on the phone, talking and looking crazy, then decided to take my order in a rude manner. The counters and tea container were filthy. It’s an overall NO!

The lady at the drive through was so sweet, full of energy and we had a great laugh about grits. The small things mean a lot when it comes to customer service.

Not the best. Staff weren't very friendly, food took quite a while, order wasn't accurate, dining room had no other customers but most tables were dirty.
Won't be going back.

I visited this location tonight. I only had 3 cars in front of me, but it took forever to get to the window to get my food. As I approached the window, & I see why it was taking so long. The guy was making the order one at a time as causing the line to grow. As I was watching him slowly fix my burgers a female employee (with long braids) in the station when the burgers were being made. Her hair was swinging back and forth over the burger station. YUCK! Employees should be made to tie up their hair while working!!! Their website wouldn’t allow me to leave a review, I was surely trying to leave one. I will definitely leave a review on Yelp as well.

The chicken minis were great, but I ordered loaded fries, paid for those, but only received regular fries. I was in a hurry to be somewhere, so I didn't have time to go back to get it fixed. They seemed understaffed.

Shut this ghetto down, hopefully you can make it through the drive thru without getting cancer from all the cigarettes the employees are smoking at the back door. Hopefully you fill up your gas tank before waiting 30 minutes with 3 cars in front of you . Such a sad excuse for a restaurant. The way your employees act lets me know exactly why most of your other stores had to shut down. I don't know why you're waiting so long for this one. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but this place. To Krystal, I don't need to hear your generic response about us striving for great service. You've said that to everyone on here and yet nothing's changed. Shut the restaurant down. Do Nashville a favor ,You're making us all look bad

I pulled up at Krystal’s tried to order my food I asked for 10 wings the dude on the headset was like nope . So finally i got to order 10 wings extra crispy . My wings wasn’t cooked twice like I asked , but on another note I GAVE THE MANAGER $26.05 MY TOTAL WAS $16.05 . He going try to tell me I gave him exact change . Then tried to give me $5 and I was like where the rest of my money at . Then going say he had to count his drawer down . Some young dude came outside and said I couldn’t get my change until the big boss came from her house . I said okay I will wait . 30 Mins pass by they still taking orders and not trying to give me my money until they seen I wasn’t leaving without my money . The young dude said it’s only $10 . I said I don’t care it’s mine and I want if it’s nothing to you then dig in your pockets and give me my money . One of the people in the inside came out in gave me my $10 and going say that came out of my pocket because we still have customers to tend to …MORAL OF THE STORY : THEY NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME COMING BACK TO THEIR ESTABLISHMENT EVER BECAUSE I DONT PLAY ABOUT MY MONEY && I DONT LIKE SPENDING MONEY IN UNPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTS .
