The girl in that works there with the green hair, yes green hair was so rude when we ordered in the drive thru that I just pulled off. She was rude taking me order, and then when I pulled up to the widow she continued to be rude, so I just pulled off. I hope the owner sees this and does something about her attitude.

Bad service bad customer service rude I mean rude people I entered my auntie needed to use the bathroom and the rude lady was like what today bathroom day all rude I didn’t mind or said nothing I was waiting to order and then she said something I was like in my head I’m leaving I don’t want to order if there having a attitude stay at home if you not feeling well why come to work with the attitude and the on my way out she called me a slur word b so I told her off and then 2 workers lady followed me to my car and wanted problems they wanted to fight me what that’s crazy they should get fired I mean they wanted to fight me they didn’t care about losing there job they should check the cameras 1/2/24 1:00 all I did was trying to order and use the bathroom why have a attitude lucky I didn’t press charges

Whenever I am back in Nashville, this is one of my 1st stops for lunch or dinner. They have not messed with the recipe for the burgers, but the keep adding new items for me to try!

On the weekends here they are very busy it was 11pm when I arrived I sat in line for 20 mins to get to the speaker and the worker only says door dash gtfoh you got two other cars that you took orders from apparently and everyone else in line has to go this doesn't make sense either yall are open to EVERYONE or close this mf down for good you not making a lot of money on the weekends by door dash orders only do better damn it.

This has to be the best dang Krystal I've ever visited. The lady at the counter cut up with me! Everything was cooked after we ordered and hit the spot ? I recommend waiting for the food to come out hot and fresh! Those ladies deserve a raise for making everyone feel welcomed
