We ordered a large order for the plant. The donut bites are burnt almost black. The guys pulled the biscuits off the meat due to how hard they are. They forgot a hash round order. The buns on the double cheeseburgers are like toast. I called to speak to someone and they just hung up on us.

The drive thru is only ever open and not the actual restaurant. They always lock it during normal business hours. This place should be shut down. Horrible customer service and always packed. I ended up not ordering and left the line because after 30 minutes I couldn't wait any longer and I hadn't even got to order. This place is the worst

Horrible, terrible, bad, horrindus service. While you're trying to place your order they are more interested in the conversation with their co workers than taking your order. I sit in the drive through for over 20 minutes to receive fries that was cold and hard like they cooked then yesterday. The Krystal's weren't hot at all. The cheese was not melted which means they were not fresh. It was just a visit I wished I had not made. It was a waste of time and money. DON'T GO THERE!

Doesn't do drink refills in the drive through, and will also close down the inside during normal opening hours. This means no refills at all, which is a bad deal. Cannot recommend.

Absolutely the worst Krystal restaurant ever. Not only was I at the drive thru for almost 30min they didn't hand me all my food at 1st & acted like they had an attitude when I asked about it. Now on to the food, fries while hot ws not completely done, the Krystals themselves had a weird taste with no real flavor outside of onions. So it's safe to say I will not visit this location ever again, and for the employees if you don't like or want to do your job please find another.

Its frustrating when a you receive a delivery order with terrible packaging. Driver can easily grab a fried an anything, and I even tip more just for this particular reason. Very FRUSTRATING!!!! Take food safety more

Rude employees. I was rushed off the speaker. She didn’t read my order back to me. Rang up the wrong order and then wouldn’t fix her mistake. 0/10. Don’t recommend. No sure how a number 5 & a number 1 sound the same. Yet you rang me up for a number 4. 1& 4 never came out of my mouth. Please hire better staff.

Go here on 1/1/24 ordered 12 cheese Krystal's no onions extra extra pickles for only 2 in burgers told them a chili cheese fries paid 24.01 also told a bowl of chili had to 5.23 extra and get this no crackers period asked for a container of pickles she said I put them on there is Krystal going broke that they can't give a thing of pickles and crackers .Wish white castle was still across the street they had nicer employees than Krystal . Doesn't matter what time of day you go the service is bad always.
