Let’s be honest. How long does it really take to cook a Krystal patty; assuming it is even freshly made? Let’s be even more honest. I shouldn’t be eating here anyway.This location has the slowest and worse service I have encountered almost anywhere. I get Krystal cravings from time to time and it took 3 trips to finally cure said craving.The first trip the line was pretty long and not moving. After waiting 7 or 8 minutes with no movement, I gave up and left.The second time was the exact same story but this time I had already ordered and gave up after 15 minutes with no movement in the line.This last trip was no different but I wanted to put an end to my craving. I waited a total of 21 minutes from the time I ordered my 8 plain Krystals, till the time it was in my hands with only one car in front of me, 10:30 at night!As a side note, I also think we have reached the bottom of the barrel when it comes to the choices for employees, at this point, almost everywhere. That is all I will say about that. Last night will be my very last Krystal.

This location has the most unorganized and unfit employees ever. You can order only drive thru, and even then they mess the order up. There is no reason to not have the dining room open...none ! If you're not going to staff a restaurant with employees who are capable, you should just lock the door. Ridiculous.

Very poor customer service at this location 2527 Lebanon pk!!! Big sign in the window says inside open from 8am to 8pm!!! But im forced to walk in the drive thru to place my order i drive a 45ft schoolbus, thats difficult and the 5ft short white old woman was rude as anything that sign needs to be taken down or open the lobby? Thats why I don't do ya'll Krystal store here rude and inconsiderate employees. My 1 star was being generous.

Got "shewed" away when trying to enter the dining room, the employee just kept yelling from the table he was sitting at that it was closed... but they had small children running around inside with minimal supervision (AKA the one employee sitting on the laptop at a table)

New side chik great!!!! Krystal bread was wet and meat was grey, but was edible. Bread was obtrusively wet. Not sure why the bread was so wet. Photo was touched up to add some vibrancy to make the meat look a bit better.

I dont often partake in the cuisine of fast food, but I figured what the heck! Its a tuesday and I got nothing to lose. Well tonight I lost a lot. My tastebuds got the worst of it, but with them went my dignity, sanity, and basic idea of what is considered eligible for human consumption. i ordered 2 krystal hamburgers and was absolutely appalled at the discoloration of the meat. I bit into it and My reaction upon seeing this gray, mashed up mess of a burger was akin to a murder scene. I of course ate the entire thing anyway, but its been 20 minutes and Im becoming concerned with whats happening inside of me. All in all krystal needs to get themselves in order and learn how to cook a darn burger!!!

This location needs to figure out how to do a shift change without closing the entire store.Actually, more to the point, Krystal franchise and/or corporate management needs to figure out how to pay enough to keep workers, so that they can actually hire enough people to be able to stay open during shift change. It is NOT the employees' fault. THEY get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for sticking around and putting up with it.

What part of PLAIN WITH PICKLES & CHEESE is so freaking hard to understand???? TWICE I've ordered placed the same order for my daughter, to get home & find out the burgers are wrong. Yes, I know, I should have checked prior to leaving. But when you have someone to repeat your order back to you & still get it wrong shows a total lack of respect for the customer. Maaan, I miss White Castle.

The cheese Krystals are always wonderful!!! I absolutely can't give them 5-stars until they bring the previous fries back!!!The fries they've had since I was a kid were deliciously nostalgic... Unfortunately, I don’t go to Krystals anymore because of those awful new "crumble" fries!!!!Come on, Krystals, and get your 5 stars back by bringing back the original French fries that go oh-so-well with Krystal sliders, as well as going well with everything else!!!

I pull right up, and wait a few minutes before they acknowledge me, and when they do the Lady tells me that they're not taking any more orders for 30 minutes, and then I'll need to drive on through, and come back later.No explanation was given, the sign said they were open, and the normal business hours said they were open.

Lobby closed... 3 pmDrive through closed...They said through drive through speakers "We are close at shift change We will reopen in 15 to 20 min..." strange have not seen that before.From out of state wanted to try something different.

Stop by here Saturday afternoon, the lobby was locked, but the drive-thru is open.Or at least they said it was open, at the drive-in box the lady told us to come back in an hour. We asked why, and if everything was okay, The woman never responded.We drove around to the window, to check and make sure they were all right, and the woman came to the window and said I told you to come back in an hour...Needless to say, we're not coming back in an hour, or ever again. And with her attitude, if something was wrong, no one's ever going to help you.

The day I visited I had a pretty long wait in the drive thru but only because the woman taking orders was also cooking and expediting the orders as well. She was the only employee there and was doing her absolute best!

Had the 12 Krystal Combo. Paid for cheese on all, no cheese at all. Asked for extra mustard, no mustard. Asked for 2 slushies, charged extra for each, no slushies. Paid $21. and some change. Usually, pleased with food and service, not this time.
