I was craving Krystal real bad. Drove here and instead of curing my craving, I ended up opening a bank account with Chase Bank. I'm still confused with what exactly happened. ? Don't come here if you're hungry.

Not sure how they validated the hours of operation 5 days ago? This location has been gone for around a year. It is now a Chase Bank. No Krystal for many miles.

This place is closed!! It does not exist and will never exist again! I have tried to mark as closed multiple times.Update 06/04/2022They freaking did it again! For some reason this lovation keeps showing up on google maps. IT IS CLOSED AND IS NOW A BANK!! The only thing i can think is that the owner keeps readding it. ITS A CHASE BANK!

Store is always closed. Visited at 8:30 PM on a Monday night and no response at drive thru. Window sign states drive thru closes at 10:00 PM.

Well, we tried it! Lol! ? I’d like to think that under usual circumstances this restaurant is ok, but we had a late flight in from California and arrived late enough that the food options were slim pickings. So, in lieu of McDonald’s, which was just next door, we decided to try Krystal. The first issue was the restaurant was out of just about everything on the menu (no chicken tenders, no burgers, etc). So we were limited to only purchasing their chicken sandwich. While our expectations suddenly went from about a 50/50 chance of being wonderfully surprised to a 0 chance, we were still hopeful, even though the customer service was incredibly poor. When we got the food back to our rooms, it didn’t take long to realize that the fries were cooked in old grease and the chicken was likely cooked hours earlier. There was absolutely no freshness in anything we tried. We ended up tossing everything and went back to McDonald’s, which was, sadly, like fine dining comparatively. In any case, that was our first and last visit to Krystal.

The line was very slow they couldn't get the orders together I waited for 30 minutes about four cars back but the food was fresh and it was hot and I did enjoy the corn pups but they need to do something about getting the people through I guess they're short-handed I don't know

Went online to Krystal we b site to order ahead. Picked drive thru. Website said it had a problem with my order after I hit submit. Said to call the restaurant. No phone number for the location on website. Drove there and placed order again at drive thru. At window, cashier took card and charged my order. Then another employee came out and asked if I had placed order through DoorDash. It was my order but I did not use DD. Card got charged twice, now I have to dispute charge on my own. And... original Krystals had no pickles and almost no mustard. I had not requested that change to my burgers.

Our order was missing some items so we tried to go inside to get the additional item, but the guy taking the orders yelled at us to get back in the drive through line and signaled that the inside was closed. It took us over 10 minutes to get through the line in the first place with only 2 cars in front of us, and by the time we got our food there were 6 more cars in line. There’s clearly not enough people working to be able to properly help customers. We should be able to get our orders fixed without having to get back at the end of the line.
