The driver did not look at the order to see if I had a drink or not. I even have a text that I sent him asking about my drink and he said he didn't even look at the receipt. Horrible customer service.

They have poor customer service didn't get my order right and missing a item in my order. Try to call them and they have a answer machine they don't pickup the phone. This place is so poor I never be back.

Rebecca and the gentlemen on the grill are always pleasant, professional, and efficient. They always strive to please. Whatever Krystal Corp is paying these people, it’s not enough!! Great employees need to be appreciated by their employer via better wages, etc.
Wanted to try something new, so I went to Krystal. I got the 4 Krystals combo. It was pretty good. The way the mustard pairs with the cheese works. The onions add a robust flavor to it. The fries were the best part, though. Good seasoning, but not too spicy. They were not dry or old either. Good meal. Now, this location is on a weird, steep hill behind a shell station. Don't go during slick weather. Parking is limited, but the lobby is closed, so that won't matter. The drive-thru wait is long, but it's because they are short staffed. I saw only two people working there during my visit. Prices are kind of high, too. And the beverages have a ton of ice in them. If you charge your meal, they only take Visa or Mastercard. None of these are deal breakers, but overall, it makes it questionable to return. I may, but not too often.

I do delivery all over Nashville and I've tried lots of Krystals. This is by far the best of them all. Where other Krystal's seem to taste like no one has cleaned the grill in a decade, this location has clean cooked meat, no "wet dog smell" after-taste. The food was fast, fresh and exceeded my expectations. Even if you've given up on the franchise as a whole, give this location a shot.
