Place seems like a fun time. The one bar tender though is terrible, the one with the bad teeth. When trying to help other patrons get their drinks, we were told " I know how to do my job" in a very condescending way. No need to be rude when we are paying customers trying to help other customers out.

My hubby & I LOVE catching a before or after dinner drink at this swanky bar. The bartenders are always so great & the views of downtown Nashville are stunning! Just FYI, LA Jackson is the rooftop bar located at The Thompson Hotel. It is bit hard to find if you are not familiar with the area. There is a parking garage right across the street so very convenient. Also, there are plenty of other cool spots to hit in the area. I would absolutely love to give y'all a perfect 5/5 but no can do on account of the fact you do not serve the basics like a Pinot Grigio. I was expecting a wider array of wines to choose from in this higher end bar. I hope one day you will consider adding a Pinot Grigio (Terlato, Maso Canali) or an Albarino.

My favorite rooftop in Nashville! Outside is nice when the weather is warmer, but inside is still nice when it's cold. I love the espresso martini and the food is good too!

Followed some friends here on a Friday evening, thinking it was a perhaps popular but also classy cocktail bar. Nope. Three layers of people surrounding the whole bar trying to scream over loud music to get drinks. Basically demonbreun but on a roof. Their specialty cocktails are $14 but, unable to yell the drink names to the chaotic bar staff, I ordered a simple vodka cran and vodka Red Bull.2 oz of well vodka, some cranberry juice, and a third of a can of flat Red Bull somehow banged my card for $39.

Great service. The menu is small but just enough because it's truly more of a patio drinks scene. It seemed like more of the affluent young crowd and it kept getting younger and busier Hh is probably their golden hour.
We are locals and have always loved this place. Til we spend 2400 dollars for new years to get several friends nye tickets. We had a huge party and 2 young children that didn’t even look old enough to drink insult us several times. I told the child he can’t talk to a woman that way and we and them got kicked out after only being there for an hour. Security and another red headed woman assured us that we would be refunded for 2 tickets. 600 plus tax and was never refunded. If you like to go to places that disrespects women and do not honor their promises I would not come to LA Jackson. I did get a refund from valet that I tipped very well but I will never visit this poor establishment again. Poor management and poor ethics to women. You lost the business of at least 20 ppl just tonight. I also have a video of security and the red headed girl promising we would be refunded.

This place is one of my favorites spots to go have a drink. However, the day I decided to sit down and have food and drink. Our seat for two got completely ignored by the waiters. We waited and other people that walked in got attended before us. Large group of people then were assisted with seating and their order for drinks/food were taken. Waiters did walk passed us repeatedly and wiped down tables and didn’t even ask if we needed anything. Definitely made me feel like not an important customer.
