Bad service, I ordered one thing and they gave me something else. I told the waitress I didn't want it and she forced me to eat it, saying there was nothing she could do! I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she said there was no one who could help me. I mean, no one provides good service at that place.

They don't speak English (just a warning!) Food was great, and we were able to use Google translate to communicate with waitress. This was the first time we tried columbian food, and we will definitely be back.

100% Handmade Food!
I Ordered ossobuco Sancocho, Maracuya Juice, fried Rioe Plantains .
Everything is about tastes and honestly I loved everything is my order, all ingredients well measured, it's up to you add salt and extras but trust me , you'll love their food and service 'ladies are so kind .
Restrooms ( I didn't use it ) so not sure how it looks but I mean , all good.

We have no complaints about the food, the sancocho was delicious. We gave it a second chance since we had gone months ago and it was excessively salty. But unfortunately we had a bad experience again, since from the beginning when we ordered the drinks we requested that the juice in milk have little sugar. But they brought the opposite, it was overdone. The waitress's excuse was that her other colleague had done it. We asked him to please change it for us. I took it to him and he brought us a much better one. But to my surprise THEY CHARGED US FOR THE 2 JUICES. We are not complaining about the $5 dollars that each one cost, but as a customer after having made a special request in their order and they make a mistake, they expect the restaurant to be responsible for it, we did not think it was good at all that they had been charged double.

It is very unpleasant to drive 30 minutes to get to the restaurant at 7:20 when it closes at 8 and for the waitress to tell you that she is not going to serve you and that if you want to eat take out only, I imagine that she is not the owner and that she does not care about the review but she ruins a very good restaurant with her terrible attitude, I hope they kick her out... apparently she does not need the money, there were 4 of us who surely were not going to leave without spending about $150 so $150 was lost. 30 tip. I'm sure the restaurant owner needs it.

We arrived at 7:20pm on a Sunday which is 40 minutes before they close and were refused to be seated. While I understand we were close to closing time, the situation was handled poorly and rudely. Wouldn’t recommend.

My wife and I went to dinner and they took our order. It turned out that everyone who came after us had dinner and our order never arrived. We had to leave there and they didn't even offer an apology, the waitress served others and it didn't occur to her that those who had arrived before (us) didn't have their order.

The food is delicious but the service is not very good and the tip should be earned by the waiter with good customer service and not something imposed by force, apart from children of 4 and 1 year old they are already counted as adults, I think they are losing clients, at least I'm not coming back.
