El servicio al cliente es pésimo pésimo, éramos los únicos clientes y la persona que nos atendió NO saluda NO sonríe, parece que se molesta si le pedimos algo como si fuera regalado. Pedimos un helado de cookie monster, uno de m&ms y no estaban ricos, el de maracuya si nos gustó. Pero el servicio al cliente es muy malo.
I absolutely LOVE their pistachio ice cream and mangonadas. I come here at least twice a week. I don't understand the bad reviews.. everyone is so friendly and the ice cream is delicious.

The pallets and products they sell there are very good but the people who serve you are very rude and serve you very poorly. I hope the owner can see this and talk to them.

Very affordable and a large variety of snacks and cold treats. I thoroughly enjoyed my ice cream. Me and family will be back!

The ice cream here is really rich and creamy and they have a variety of flavors of sorbets. The only issue here is the workers here hardly speak any English. We had to ask some guests to help translate. The ice cream quantity is also huge. My husband got their pistachio and I got the mango chilli sorbet. However, I am not sure of the hygiene because there was a piece of hair in my sorbet.

Terrible, all the staff too slow, and too slow is not enough, everyone who was waiting decided to leave, we are not the only ones, they need staff a little faster
