My wife has a serious case of Alpha Gal (mammal allergy. no beef or pork.) So we ordered the Chicken Chimichangas (yes we forgot it came with queso… not a big deal to scrape off). But the problem was that she found a glob of beef halfway through eating. When we called to get a refund, we were met with “no manager on duty. call back tomorrow.” From someone who’s worked a lifetime in the food industry, how do you honestly run a restaurant without a manager on duty? Especially when you’re out here poisoning people.

This is my 5th visit and I believe it is time to say something. We have consistently experienced slow/negligent service, lackluster food and a general "meh" when we attempt to discuss with management. Right. One would ask "why do you return?”Answer: They gave us a $5 coupon for our last unfortunate experience.We tried.The food has been the biggest disappoinment. I just paid almost $15 dollars for a chimichanga that could have come from Cracker Barrell. We had to wait 15 minutes to be initially greeted and NO ONE IS HERE.Fortunately we live in Bellevue and there are 9 more Mexican restaurants to visit.

The service here is not what it used to be. Also, if you order takeout be sure to check it before you leave. At least half of my orders lately have had a problem

I ordered the Chicken Fajitas and they were the worst I’ve ever eaten. The Vegetables weren’t cooked. The chicken lacked flavor. There wasn’t a marinade on it. No seasoning. With about a dozen other Mexican restaurants to choose from in Bellevue I recommend going to Las Palmas last.

Food was ok but ended up with a bad case of food poisoning. This restaurant was the only thing I ate the day I got sick and I haven’t ate anything since.
