“Wow! Excellent food and service is friendly. I had the chicken tacos and they are as good as or better than what we ate in Mexico in Matamoros when we lived there. Viviana the chef is an amazing cocinera .
The owner Guillermo showed me several dishes they offer too.

“So delicious. We’re from out of state and we’re looking for a dinner away from the center of Nashville, that wasn’t a chain. We literally saw it on Google maps right before we passed it and decided to stop. SO glad we did. I’ve been missing the good pupusas I used to get in NW Arkansas, and was so happy when I saw them on the menu. We also had a sope al pastor, chorizo tacos and a new-to-us dish called pollo con tajadas. I recommend ALL of them.“

“Trivia with David from Trivia Time was an absolute blast! Weekly Sundays at 7, so fun! He brings so much to the Trivia night and is an excellent host.
Molly was our server and she could have a career in voicing hypnosis tapes- the most genuinely relaxing and kindhearted lady.
Food was DELISH and the fajita went halfway home with me for lunch tmrw.“

“Now I know where to get an affordable t-bone steak in Nashville. Order the beef de costilla, rare or medium-rare, add the sweet plantains or the grilled avocado. Squeeze a little of the lime on the grilled avocado, not too much. Everything was well seasoned, just delicious. Your rating of the atmosphere depends how much you like the food court at Plaza Mariachi; I love it and could have given it five stars. A nice restaurant might be better depending on the occasion, but this is a great place to enjoy free entertainment or people watch. Long may Tres Gauchos and Plaza Mariachi prosper!“

“I went for the Lunch Buffet and it had a Large Variety of different Mexican and Latin Dishes, and most everything was Delicious. I would Recommend going early because it understandably gets Busy. They serve the Food to You, without any difficulty and the Staff very Pleasant, and Helpful.“
