I ordered food through Doordash and it didn't arrive. I called the Little Cesar store and they simply didn't say anything and hung up. I want my money back

I did a mobile order for the stuffed crust pepperoni. There was more cheese on it than other places where I’ve ordered extra cheese! The young lady at the window was very friendly and the food could not have been better. Thank you for an amazing meal!

I order a lunch 11 pizzas ahead of time and when I arrive the store was not even opened. It says 10:30 am open, I arrived at 11:08 am. I had to look into the store and shake the door to get someone's attention. When he finally opened the door I advised I sorry for trying to open the door but I have an order I requested to pick up at 11:00am. He immediately replied um yeah that is not ready. I have 2 people here. He then proceeded to go the back and ignore me no apologies nothing. The young man in the front was nice and polite. But the Caucasian young man was not professional nor did he care that I was late with the order for a function. I also want to mention this store is very dirty. When you order online you do not see the store or location but just an address, I have to say this is by far the dirtiest store I have seen. I will never be back. This owner really needs to look into a better workforce and cleaner environment.

Super kind employees. Very impressed and touched. They went above and beyond to keep me safe in a time where I didn't feel safe. Employees stayed with me in the parking lot until my sister could come get me when I was in danger
