I just hit the drive through for hot and ready and crazy bread but I wait no time at all, the food comes out hot and fresh, and the person working the window is always nice. Couldn't ask for more!

I watched the manager get into a fight with this woman today. The woman asked them to remake her pizza, and the manager must have had a bad day because she cussed the customer out, and yelled that she would spit on her, and to meet her outside.
Literally pulled away after that, because no way would I have someone like that making my pizza

Ordered a couple of pizzas. Went to pick it up lady at the counter was rude said we didn't. So my wife went got her phone and showed her where we call.She said (don't know who you called wasn't here.) So we went did something else for supper. Very rude and guy took order wad not paying attention wife had to repeat herself several times.

Iâm not going to rate the pizza because everybody knows what itâs like. However, the service at the Madison location is excellent, which earns it five stars in my book. This is after having visited locations in Inglewood and on Dickerson Pike. The later two have consistently terrible service. For instance, I ordered a pizza online at the Dickerson store to pick up in the kiosk and when I arrived, the front door was locked and only the drive through was open. So I had to wait in a long line as if I hadnât ordered. Another time, my pizza wasnât in the kiosk and wasnât fresh, which means they have me one that was baked before I ordered. This isnât the case in Madison. The pizza is consistently fresh and the people in the store are extremely nice. Trust me, go to the Madison store.

I donât know whatâs wrong with the people who work here, but try getting an order right. Itâs literally the most basic part of your job. If someone orders something with specific ingredients on them, it shouldnât be hard to look at something and see that it isnât theirs. Itâs no wonder that restaurants are in decline when morons like this are running the show.
Multiple times now they have given me the wrong order. I am a vegetarian. I order either cheese pizzas, or pizzas with veggies on them. 2 times they have given me pizzas with meat on them, and then acted like itâs not their fault. Most recently, I ordered a cheese pizza and some pizza bites. I received a supreme pizza by itself, no pizza bites. These people do not pay attention and give wrong orders consistently. I will not be patronizing this location again. As a career restaurant worker who has spent the last 15 years in restaurants, itâs not that hard to check an order to make sure itâs right before slapping a name on it. Get yourselves together.

I have never had any issues with little Caesarâs pizza, I Placed an online order at 9 pm and they state to close at 10 pm went it at 9:16pm to pick my pizza in the lobby as stated in my email , the lobby was closed while employees were still in there One of the employees opened the door and said I had to wait in the 10 car line drive thru to pick up my pizza that was already in the pizza portal for me to take I did not have to bother any one for this I literally just had to walk in and grab my pizza from the portal that was already sitting there ready. I donât see the point in ordering ahead if they are still going to make you wait in line .
