this is the worst pizza i have ever had in my life, absolutely tasteless and its falling apart. I honestly want a refund and will be returning tomorrow to see if I could have that processed.

Why am I paying $2.74 for 3 ranches?!?!? when yall don’t even have NO Parmesan cheese and NO red pepper flakes. Thats always supposed to be in stock for pizza. The damn ranch should’ve been free since yall can’t even provide the basics and taking 20mins to make one pizza. Tell me to ride around the building twice . TF

I don't know what is going on with this location, but it's gone downhill. For the most part the staff is pleasant, and I understand that they deal with a lot of nonsense, as I've seen it firsthand, but the quality has gone WAY down. If we place an order online, the food is always fine. It's always good.Every time I've been, the past 5 times, to get a hot and ready pizza, we have to recut the pizza, and HOW is the pizza burnt, but the dough soggy and partially uncooked at the same time? What kind of wizardry is this? Do they know that there's something going on with the ovens, or the temperature isn't set correctly and they know that the dough isn't cooking properly so they have to kick the heat up, and that's why it's burnt on top, yet not done? Are the ovens just not getting cleaned properly? EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Going here used to be an affordable treat, And now we only go here if I absolutely don't feel like or have anything to make for dinner, and don't want to spend the extra money or drive the extra distance to go to Taco Bell. When the overpriced Rivergate Taco Bell is a better option, you should know you're in trouble. So we all cross our fingers before opening the pizza box, knowing that it's the equivalent of gambling at a seedy dive bar casino, where the house always wins...
I gave it a one star because I had to go through the drive-through to pick up an order that I placed in the portal. This is not a sit-down pizza place.You can call ahead or go inside to order. I ordered at the window, with the manager. Since the line was long my order was ready in 15 minutes. I was able come back and get the food.The kids loved the Philly bites, Pepperoni pizza and Meatloaves were delicious.

I know it's a busy place so we waited at least 20 minutes for a pizza pulled back around got back home and the pizza was completely destroyed it looked completely deformed it almost had two crusts on one slice everything was messed up The pepperonis looked like the whole slice had been folded over it was awful My very angry husband had to leave the house and the reason I picked it up is because he was hurting so he couldn't leave so he immediately scooped up the pizza and left off in a rant and they don't answer the phone ever we've called 15 times and there's other times in the past where we've called where we can't get a hold of them so they don't pick up their phones or anything and we are very upset because this is the fourth time we have run into an issue like this
