It’s not the flavor that I liked the most it’s the bread. It’s very pillowy and I really appreciate that.
The cheese reminds me of Chuck E. Cheese and that’s pretty badass too.
And don’t get me started on the crazy bread.

Brandon was so courteous and patient with me being an amputee in a wheelchair. He helped me navigate the menu and made sure I was comfortable with placing my order. Brandon is the epitome of great customer service. I will continue to be a regular customer at Little Caesars in Hermitage and Brandon's great customer service is to thanks for my returned business. My kids love lil’ Ceasars and usually whichever location I’m near I’ll stop and Everytime I’ve stopped at this location. Everything is stocked and I can get my pizza and go. I do not have to wait 20-30 minutes for more pizza to be cooked I can grab and go! So convenient for a busy mom.

The worst experience with a restaurant ever!. I ordered online the first time . The order was completely messed up . Tryed to call the hermitage location. They say can u please hold and let me sit their 30 mins then hung up. Tryed to call again and they kept hanging up. Gave them one more chance . Ordered again. Same thing happened. Order messed up. I called and was put on hold again . Could hear people talking in the background. Sit on hold for over 30 mins . They hung up again. I tryed to call back . But kept getting hung up on. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOBODY EVER BUY PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION IN HERMITAGE. Horrible experiences. Been a nightmare.

After giving this location multiple chances, I finally decided to write this review. I love Crazy Bread! I have since I was a teenager. Every time I go to this location, the crazy bread is old. I place an online order most times, to make sure it’s fresh. This time they had the order up in 4 minutes of my order being placed. When I told them I’d like fresh bread, the picture below is what I got. I hadn’t eaten since 530 am, so I ate it because I was hungry. One of the employees was smoking when I pulled up, never washed his hands and went in the back and started preparing pizza. I realize customer service and caring about your work is a a lost art!!! But this just sad 😢
