Terrible customer service, ordered a classic cheese and a classic pepperoni, was charged for two Extra Most Bestest and wasn't told until after I paid. Asked about getting two classics, was told they didn't have any.

Terrible customer service. Tried calling because their app wasn’t letting me order. The person who answered the phone told me to go somewhere else and then hung up. I went inside to order and tried seeing if they honored their coupon on the app but was told that the pizza is already cheap so they can’t do anything for me. Terrible customer service.

Delivery order came wrong, missing numerous things, I ordered through the website and apparently they outsource to DoorDash so after I got off the phone with the store worker who tried to blame DoorDash for their mess up I had to call DoorDash support to get a refund. Very disappointed in the service provided by this location. Something needs to be fixed

There are only two employees in the story. It took a little while for my pickup order to get ready. There was a lady out front calling everybody out of their name. I think she had a mental issues but they had nothing to do with the store. They were slow though

I understand having a pizza and not having to wait, but Little Caesars should rotate pizza after sitting in the hotbox for so many minutes. After picking up one on this Thursday, I was just trying to get home, and didn't have time to wait. The pizza was lukewarm and dry tasting. Lesson learned to ask for pizza made fresh.

The cashier was nice and the food is usually decent however today's experience made me not want to come back. Lunch plans changed causing me having to cancel and order and it took me 30 minutes to even talk to them due to their phones apparently not working when a short man that im guessing is the manager became rude telling me to cancel online even though online says do it in store and then suggested i dont order from them anymore.

Their cheese pizza's are way better than Pizza Huts!!! Tastes way better and is cheaper than the Hut which the Hut has severely declined in quality.

First off, nobody there speaks English so if you have a problem then you get blank stares. I got the email saying my pizza was ready and loaded in the portal but they had not even started the order until after I arrived and the manager was very rude and the cashier just ignored me as I was showing my receipt. He basically dismissed me to the side and I think he yelled do you want to wait or go? Horrible experience.

The Hispanic man behind the counter is extremely rude. He served me old crazy puffs, and when I picked them up there were only 3 in the box. I went to go return them for a fresh batch and he tossed an even more dried out batch at me and told me he didn’t have the time to deal with me. I asked for a refund and he told me no, so I asked for a totally fresh batch. He told me it would take 20 mins (it didn’t) and when I sat down to wait he told me that I needed to get out and that I couldn’t wait inside. I never said anything rude nor did I come with ill intent. He was just nasty unprovoked. Apparently, he’s the manager and I’m not the only person he’s treated this way. He also works at the Laverne location according to some people on facebook that have had a bad run in with him.

The workers at this particular location are very rude and they always do sloppy work! They never answer the phone so customers can place an order, they never greet the customers and the only reason they are still in business because of the cheap prices!

Avoid at all costs. Let this location close. They are rude and overcharge for classic pizza by charging for a pizza you didnt even want. They also charge you for the new pizza bite things whatever they are when you order crazy bread.

Came here to pick up my food today it’s a short heavy set man with glasses in there who has terrible customer service and acts clueless. He said someone stole my order than proceeded to give me me some old pizza. Then I tried to ask for a refund he acted like he didn’t hear me. Please hire somebody who knows what they are doing
