I never receive what I actually ordered. I ordered a deep dish pep pizza, ICB with jalapeño cheese sauce, TWIX brownie... I got pizza........ and more pizza. the pizza is good though. but sad I didn't get my entire actual order.
Update: 72 hours later and I still haven't heard from corporate, been issued a refund, or been able to make contact with the local store. Purely pathetic from the top.
I placed an order via the app at 8:39pm on a Friday night. Paid online, get to the store to pick it up and the store is closed. Hours show open until 10. Waited almost an hour after order was supposed to be ready. Worst prep team & manager Unbelievable. Never again. I thought Taco Bell, down the street the worst it could be. These guys put them to shame. Never again. Ever!
